The space seemed well-furnished and promising at first but during my visit a large part of the building was being remodeled, leading to dust and noise early in the morning. The bathroom in my suite was not too well lit and the water in the shower never ran even close to hot, it was basically cold the first night. Emi, the person serving breakfast, was a standout, he was very cordial and helpful, and the food was delicious, though some kitchen amenities like the espresso machine were broken. Though the location is ideal for moving around and close to the Polanco area, I probably wouldn't return based on the inconveniences I experienced during my visit.

We booked into the suites on Tennyson street but, when we arrived, we got shuffled to another site a few blocks away. Bait and switch. Kind of a boutique hotel but it was like they weren't expecting us. Grumpy man working the front desk. Room had no towels, no toilet paper, no glasses, no drinking water, no phone, no safe, no working wifi. Sadly we were prepaid for four nights so we had to stay. Poor maid service every day.

We had booked and received confirmation from this hotel 6 weeks prior to our arrival. We were willing to pay a premium price for a premium apartment. The confirmation letter described a 1 bedroom apartment with a balcony and outdoor furniture and a view. On arrival we were offered a smaller suite (not a one bedroom apartment) , a view of a cement wall, no balcony or outdoor seating on the ground floor. The explanation “ we are fully booked”! We were then brought to another of their properties (Hipolito) over 1 km away…an inferior property in a lesser location away from Lincoln Park. This apartment had mold in the bathroom, a malfunctioning toilet, broken lighting in the bedroom, no outdoor space, burners that did not work, dirty blinds etc. Photos are attached. Tennyson ignored my emails until we were leaving (4 nights). They never offered a solution and refuse compensation. I see that Tennyson can be an excellent hotel….But BEWARE… Others have posted a similar experience, so this is not a “one off”.

Excellent place! The room was very spacious. The staff was amazing. Christian received me at the door and made sure everything was comfortable for my stay. The guard at the entrance was fantastic was very aware of who enters and exits. So I felt very safe

Un extraordinario lugar, tranquilo, íntimo y con elegancia. Se oculta de los lugares y hoteles muy concurridos. Incluye el desayuno que amablemente lo sirve Emir en la terraza. Él toma todo cuidado para prepararlo y servirlo, super amable. En general es un lugar Pacifico, bonito y bien ubicado.

Me hospede en aristoteles el agua que salía estaba muy sucia, pedí hablar con un gerente pero me dijeron qje no estaba y me pasaron su número, me mandaron a otro hotel y estuvo muy bien. Ya hoy en la mañana la gerente Monserrat se acercó conmigo y estuvo al pendiente de mi hospedaje Me he quedado en sus otras propiedades de aristoteles y taine. Al parecer tennyson es la única que cuenta con gerente. En las demás tuve problemas por que el Internet ni funcionaba y me estuvieron cambiando de habitación.

Excelente ubicacion con Buenos sitios para ir cerca, la atencion es excelente especialmente de Blanca que cocina muy rico y es muy amable, buenos restaurants al redecorating del hotel tambien y agradable Zona para salir a caminar un rato, recomendado

El hotel tiene una excelente ubicación en el Corazón de Polanco, muy agradable y limpio tiene unas instalaciones muy amenas. El servicio excelente en la recepción del señor Mario muy atento al igual que el desayuno delicioso, lo recomiendo !

¡Nos encantó nuestra estancia! Desde que llegamos, el recibimiento fue cálido y muy agradable. En la habitación había un lindo mensaje de bienvenida y no se diga lo linda que estaba (estuvo) la habitación. Nos tocó un balcón con vista a la calle llena de casas lindas y muy tranquila. Los desayunos fueron deliciosos: Blanca, nuestra chef nos preparó los jugos y huevos al gusto de lo más sabroso. Sin duda alguna regresaremos, y lo recomiendo ampliamente.

Blanquita me atendió muy bien, cocina muy rico y tiene una excelente actitud, la terraza es muy bonita, se nota que tuvo alguna remodelacion, puedes trabajar en su escritorio,mientras disfrutas de un cafe,un lugar muy comodo y a gusto para meditar
