Our beautiful home is located minutes from all things Mesquite in a quiet neighborhood. We're close to 7 golf courses, shopping, casinos, restaurants, biking, hiking and ATV trails. You can enjoy all the fun in Mesquite or drive 30 minutes to St. George and Zions area. It is about 60 minutes to Las Vegas. Or there is a sun room off the family room where you can relax and enjoy the privacy of the backyard. Sorry, but NO PARTIES! Pool/property are to be used by only the 8 guests occupying the vacation rental. Thank you.About pets:No pets allowed.75 dollar fine per day for violation..About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About customRules:Keep patio doors latched top and bottom when not using. The wind kicks up and rips them off the hinges. Watch kids carefully around pool & bidet..NO PETS OF ANY KIND.
