A well-equipped and well-lit upgraded kitchen has an open pass-through to keep drinks and snacks flowing to the great room. Both Keurig and drip coffee makers are ready to brew your favorite roast. Dining area seats 4 in style. In unit washer and dryer are an additional bonus and laundry detergent is stocked. There is a garage with space for one car and a driveway parking space. Remodeled primary bath features a walk-in shower and dual vanity sinks. A hair dryer and soap are stocked. Bedroom 2 has 2 XL twin beds, a smart TV and shares Bathroom 2 with a tub-shower combination. Large windows in both bedrooms supply natural light and there is sufficient closet and drawer space for storing your personal belongings. ~ OUTDOOR SPLENDOR ~ A covered patio with a barbecue for grilling and furniture invite you to enjoy al fresco dining.
