But if you haven't been to Arizona, the pool stays about 60-70 degrees all year round. If you get cold, just jump in the boiling hot tub just steps away! Our pool/ hot tub guy comes every Tuesday & Friday around 9am to 12 noon, and our landscaper comes every first and third Monday of the month around 8am to 12 noon. They are super quick, enter through the backyard and won't disturb you. Early check ins & late checkouts are usually not possible. If they can be arranged are $100. This helps pay for an extra cleaning member to have the home ready sooner.
