Full size kitchen, bathroom with walk-in shower, and king size bed with walk-in closet and full size stackable washer/dryer. Living room has a sofa bed. Apartment sleeps up to 4. Rental comes with parking in wrap around driveway. Conveniently located in the Groves area of Mesa, AZ. Very clean. Huge kitchen, large bedroom and large bathroom, excellent walk in shower. 4bar phone signal. Good parking. Easily sleep 4 adults. Good location for central Mesa. Concerns, the 1 bed is very elevated, not easy for me to get into, a senior with bad knee. The table and 2 chairs is not really good for more than 1 person. Highly recommend for a single or couple.

Perfect Location Perfect location in a well manicured quiet neighborhood. The apartment was very nice with privacy and a very safe neighborhood. Will definitely be staying at this property next time I’m in the Mesa area.

Lovely! Property is in a lovely and quiet neighborhood. Apartment is nicely furnished. Mattress is too die for!! I noticed there were stains on stove-we did not use stove. I have a glass top at home and use Weimar Glass Cook Top cleaner-perhaps you could use the same, clean stove and then leave cleaner in apartment for renters to clean stove as needed.

Nice Apartment! We enjoyed a couple nights at this apartment in the Groves Area. Perfect size for 2 people. Clean and convenient to restaurants and visiting the Scottsdale/Phoenix area.
