The resort is very clean, they offer a good variety in the daily menus, the staff is very friendly (some don't speak English). But, the entertainment is not very inclusive. They only offered beach entertainment for Italian guests and at night only a very quick kids' friendly show (not in English). They offer an Egyptian Night on Fridays, but for those who choose to do day/trips outside of resort (available only on Mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays), you will miss it (we did). Also, the website advertise "kids club", but be aware that if you are not part of of the Italian travel agency, they will exclude your kids ("not available space" or "don't speak English")

We are currently in the hotel, the beach is as great as the Caribbean, the rooms are clean, the food is delicious. The only reason why I give a rating of 4 is because of the staff and animators, they only speak in Italian and all the programs are in Italian, as if we came to Italy. not Egypt, if that's the case, let them emphasize that the hotel is only for Italians. English is very poor, even Egyptian is not heard. You feel very lonely when there are evening programs, it's bad for non-Italian guests. I think it's not good if they think the guests come again.

This is our fourth time at caeser bay resort north coast egypt since 2016 We stayed 9 days eight nights .you are enjoying every moment of the day the place , weather , beach,rooms,view,restaurant,food and beverages And the most important thing a great team who handle all of them really great people managed by respectful managers and very professional G.M doing much more than talking you will find him every where even in the kitchen All of the staff members welling to help you hope to remember all of them Mr Ahmed Mamdouh reservation Mr Mostafa abdel wahed and alaa in the front office Kareem,Ragab,Abdou, Ahmed in the restaurant Reda in the beach and rest of life guards mahmoud,Saber and all electric car team And a very professional and polite lady who bakes the fresh and delicious bread in the dinner Special thanks to Mr Mohamed Magdy platform manager he is a good listener and has a quick response with a high performance Although our booking half board but you can enjoy soft drinks every where and take a snacks at 4.30 pm All of above great team they know well how to deal and serve all their guests professionally either Egyptian or foreigners I couldn't wait to register my experience till I go back to my home I prefer to tell you everything during our trip back to home Very Proud to be Egyptian Nashwa Nour
