HIT 메리다 호텔 부티크(Hit Merida Hotel Boutique)

Walking distance to the center - 10 mins, personnel is very nice. There was one dirty towel but other than that it was clean and it met our expectations.

Хорошее расположение. С утра становится шумно - дорога рядом. Плохое расположение кондиционера - он дует прямо на кровать, на ночь его надо ставить на минимум, иначе продует. У отеля есть своя парковка, большой плюс. Из минусов: номер нельзя было закрыть снаружи, замок не срабатывал; его надо чинить

Todo estuvo muy bien. El personal es muy amable siempre fueron muy atentos para ayudarnos.

Отель расположен примерно в 10 минутах ходьбы от центральной площади Мериды. Персонал доброжелательный. Из минусов -очень маленькие и тесные туалет и ванная комната.

El hotel y la ubicación genial.

They made a mistake with the pricing, we made a reservation at that time. They never even contacted us to tell us they couldn’t respect the price. By the time we got to the city we called and they argued that my reservation was cancelled, which it wasn’t. I found it so unprofessional. We had to look for another hotel ASAP. It is not the clients fault if they made a mistake with the price and they must respect it because it was purchased. Either way it is located in a horrible street with not a single soul walking by at night, could be dangerous. Also, there’s only 1 restaurant right in front of the hotel, and it’s not that great.

El sanitario de la habitación es muy pequeño e incómodo, no hay forma de comunic**** a recepción, aunque el personal es muy amable, el lugar donde se encuentra el hotel está muy feo.

El personal del hotel atento y amable en todo momento, con toda la actitud de hacer sentir bienvenidos a los huespedes. check in y check out rapido y sencillo. Las condiciones del hotel en general bien y muy limpio. No me gustó el baño super reducido e incomodo. el vidrio en la regadera no parece templado, lo cual seria un riesgo. no hay donde colocar shapoo y jabon en la regadera. me tocó la habitacion frente a la calle y si afecta para conciliar sueño al inicio. una buena ubicación cerca del centro y del mercado.

The staff is exceptional at this property! It is a very basic room, and the bathroom is very small with no shower curtain in the king size bedroom. There is a safe in the room. But no refrigerator. They do, however let you use theirs, as well as the microwave. Always fresh coffee every morning. Nancy at the desk will do anything she can to help you. She was amazing! This sits on a bus line and the streets are very crowded all the time! It is a quick six block walk to the main Square. They do have a nice size patio on the second floor, however, rude loud guests kept us up a couple of nights! We stayed 16 nights.
