This hotel meets and exceeds the requirements for a business stay. Rooms and large and the added amenities were a bonus. My room had a kitchen and an office area. The hotel is very central and modern!

Staying for one day and was surprised when I walked into the room - living area and kitchen and room. Great and pleasant red and off white color scheme. My room is right next to the workout room and outdoor jacuzzi. Free herbal tea with real cup and sauce! Fantastic! 5 min. From stores and restaurants.

Modern, big and clean rooms with good sleeping qualiy Nice bathroom Great breakfast buffet Friendly stuff "Free" WIFI Located within walking distance of the city center and the train station (both ＜ 10 min) Drawback is the air conditioning which cannot be turned of by yourself (you have to call the stuff to do that by remote control)

We opted for a suite with the most magnificent terrace and view! Our room was spotlessly clean, staff were friendly and helpful, and the food in the bar excellent! Parking was easy and such a good thing! We hope to return! Thank you!

City Hotel Merano is a lovely, clean and modern hotel with spacious rooms or - I'm almost tempted to call them - small apartments/flats with a stunning mountain view. The receptionists were all efficient, kind and professional. We even had kitchens in our 'rooms' with tea boilers like there was complimentary bottled water available. Minibar and safe to store valuables. Moreover there were complimentary drinks at the bar. A downside to this otherwise appealing hotel is that they don't have a restaurant however, there are many restaurants nearby. If one isn't too hungry the hotel does have a bistro with some small dishes and the food is good there. Breakfast buffet had a variety of options to choose from including international breakfast. City Hotel Merano is a hotel worth visiting as it absolutely deserves its four and a half stars. We will definitely return!
