Newly furnished in the best villa area in Meran Obermais, surrounded by meadows and apple trees. The city center of Merano can be reached in a few minutes by car or on a beautiful walk in 15 minutes.
The apartment is located in Merano Obermais and the beautiful center of the spa town is in the immediate vicinity. The Botanic Gardens and the Touriseum of Trauttmansdorff Castle can be easily reached via the Sissi Way. The public outdoor pool of Scena is in sight. From the bus stop 5 minutes away, many places of interest can be visited. For excursions, the extensive hiking area Meran 2000 attracts. The cycle path to the Passeiertal is only a few hundred meters away.
For 2-4 persons are available 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, a bathroom, a large open living space consisting of: living room with sofa bed and dining area, kitchenette and a covered balcony. We blikken terug op een fantastische reis, zowel op vlak van natuur en cultuur als op vlak van verblijf. We werden hartelijk ontvangen door Georg en Maria in het ruime, lichtrijke appartement boven hun woning. Met zicht op de bergen stonden we op en gingen we slapen. Je zit dicht bij het stadscentrum van Meran met haar beroemde thermen, maar je zit ook vlakbij de typische 'waalwegen' (zoek maar eens op!). Zowel makkelijke als wat uitdagendere wandelingen zijn talrijk voorhanden. Een 10/10 als je het ons vraagt. Grazie mille!

7 Tage in Meran
Wir haben den Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung genossen. Die Wohnung ist groß und sehr sauber, alles was einen Aufenthalt gemütlich macht, ist vorhanden. Die Wohngegend ist sehr ruhig, grenzt direkt an die Obstplantagen an. Die Innenstadt ist zu Fuß gut zu erreichen, das Auto kann im Garten geparkt werden.Alles in allen eine sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft.

Großzügige, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtete wunderschön gelegene Wohnung mit Blick auf Bergpanorama, super ausgestattet. Mit Rad oder zu Fuß alles was das Herz begehrt gut zu erreichen. Sehr freundliche Vermieter, die uns viele Tipps gaben. Wir wollen richtig gerne wiederkommen

Eine empfehlenswerte Ruhe-Oase zum Wohlfühlen
Eine sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtete, lichtdurchflutete Mansardenwohnung in einer ruhigen Wohngegend, umgeben von Villen und (Obst / Wein-) Gärten, in der wir uns, 3 Erwachsene, sehr wohlgefühlt haben.Die nahe gelegene Erb-Bäckerei, eine Konditorei, ein Obstladen rund um den Brunnenplatz (2 Busstationen entfernt), ein gutbürgerliches Gasthaus, welches auch Riesen-Pizzen anbietet sowie das gute öffentliche Südtiroler Verkehrssystem (kostenlos mit Gästekarte) sind Pluspunkte für einen autofreien Meran-Urlaub in dieser Ferienwohnung. Der beeindruckende Panoramablick vom gemütlichen Sofa im Wohn / Essbereich oder vom Balkon der Ferienwohnung, rechtfertigt den etwas ansteigenden Spaziergang von der Bushaltestelle Lazag in jedem Fall. Die Gastgeber waren sehr gut erreichbar und zeigten sich herzlich bemüht. Vielen Dank, liebe Maria und Georg, ihr verdient für euer „idyllisches Refugium“ eine Topbewertung!

Tolle Wohnung in Top Lage
Sehr freundliche und sympathische Vermieter:in. Kommunikation lief sehr gut und waren für Fragen stets erreichbar.
Tolle Lage der Wohnung - alles fußläufig erreichbar. Ferienwohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht.
Können die Wohnung gerne weiterempfehlen und würden auch selbst wieder mieten.

Sowohl vor, als auch während des Aufenthalts sehr netter Kontakt zu den Vermietern.
Sehr schöne Wohnung mit tollem Blick.
Ausreichend Platz für 4 Personen. Alles vorhanden was man braucht, nur mehr normale Gläser könnten vorhanden sein.
Unser Fazit . wenn wir als Familie wieder nach Meran kommen dann sehr gerne wieder in diese Ferienwohnung.
