We have been robbed. The property has had ongoing issues with safety for a long time and despite this fact there is not one camera in the whole resort. The gates are open and accessible to anyone from the streets. The robbers stole our belongings and our car and crashed the car. they entered through the small toilet window. The property didn't even pay for our transport from Villa to Airport. We lost our belongings, money, documents and car in the early morning. I'm Surprised that not booking and not yucas home cares how we will get to Airport after robbery-- Booking totally ignored the situacion and never came back to us to ask if we are ok.

Villas Yucas is very peaceful and a relaxing complex. It has a nice chilled atmosphere. The pool and surrounding grounds are well maintained and clean, with plenty of sun lounges around the pool. The Villa we had (number 8), was clean and tidy ready for our holiday, supplied with fresh bedding and towels. We did requested a few extra blankets as the weather wasn’t great and the owner had extra clean blankets when requested. The villas had all the basic necessities required for our holiday. Each Villa has its own outdoor seating area, with its own table and chairs. The location of Villas Lucas is excellent. Opposite the site is a supermarket and further along the road is all the bars/restaurants/shops. The main bus route is also on the same road, which is great if you want to access Ciutadella de Menorca. We would like to thank Juan for making our stay perfect. He was quick with responding to messages and he stayed in contact throughout our stay, to ensure we had everything and we’re happy. He was able to suggest great restaurants and supported us with getting a taxi. We requested a at last minute a late checkout, possible for a small fee. Juan couldn’t have been anymore helpful. We will definitely be returning to Villas Yucas. Many thanks again. - A few suggestions to put forward if there was things to improve the Villas, are the installation of a heating/ventilation/air-conditioning system and newer plug sockets.

Las fotos no se corresponden con la realidad, el complejo está pegado a la carretera y concretamente nuestra casa daba al basurero de un restaurante, con mal olor y mucho ruido además de vistas horribles claro. Además después de pagar un dineral para tener vistas a un basurero te dicen que no pueden hacer nada, te fastidias. La cocina no está reformada y además de caerse a trozos está muy sucia y con muchas hormigas. Solo hay aire acondicionado en el salón y una habitación, el resto se cuecen! Muy mal lugar, no repetiremos nunca.

Han sido unas vacaciones formidables el apartamento extraordinario, limpieza un 10, fantástica ubicación e impresionante entorno, las habitaciones super bonitas y los baños preciosos. Sobre todo destacar la amabilidad, simpatía I predisposición de Alba. En definitiva volveremos a repetir

He pasado una de las peores noches de mi vida, cuando entramos en la villa todo parecia normal, sin embargo debido al temporal un tifón arrasó con varias ventanas de la villa, destrozo todo lo que estaba en la terraza, el agua entraba por las ventanas no eran herméticas. Estuvimos toda la noche en vela ya que no existía recepción, cuando si que dice en la web que es 24h. Estuvimos desde las 2:20 h de la mañana hasta las 9,:30 que nos contestaron, perdimos un dia de vacaciones. Me habian dicho que me iban a indemnizar, a dia de hoy sigo esperando después de llamadas y correos. Un saludo.

La Villa por fuera bien, pero según entramos nos dio una sensación de abandono…olía a cerrado, y después subimos a las habitaciones una puerta (la hab principal) no se podía abrir tuvo que venir el técnico. Y en el desayuno no pudimos usar el microondas ni la tostadora…de nuevo llamar a un electricista. Los baños bastantes pésimos de imagen, y azulejos rotos, etc… Los marcos de las puertas rajados, la manilla de la puerta del porche salido, todo así…. Y la piscina no la limpian todos los días, nosotras fuimos dos semanas y solo la pudimos usar los dos últimos días antes de irnos. Y el servicio de limpieza, unas bordes, antipáticas, nunca me he encontrado con gente así. Unas MALDITAS VACACIONES LA VERDAD!!
