A magical escape in Menfi Sicily. Marco and the team did everything it took to make our stay a memorable one. Rooms and amenities are exceptionally clean, the tenuta is peaceful, the food and service impeccable. We recommend visiting this place.

A new (5) star is born. This is a really great place with exceptional service. Newly opened a Rooms was gray, lounge area fantastic, really good pool. Breakfast was served individually and really really good with great choices. Wine and food in restaurant made u stay and didn’t want to go outside to eat. I can highly recommend this place, you should try it.

If you’re looking for amazing views and fantastic services, then this’s the perfect place. We had a outstanding time there, and staff were very helpful, especially the manager. The service was excellent, with places to go to and have experience for a lifetime. The pool, room and restaurant were excellent. A place to remember and visit for more.

What a beautiful spot! My husband and I were traveling around Sicily and had the pleasure of staying at this lovely property for 1 night in January. The husband and wife owners were so accommodating and wanted to make sure everything was perfect for our stay. They have a great little restaurant where breakfast and dinner were served. The weather was cold and rainy during our visit, but I would definitely come back in season to take advantage of the pool, outside seating, and views!

We had the most wonderful experience during our stay at Masseria del Carboj! The ambiance was absolutely charming, and the attention to detail in the decor made me feel like I was in a serene oasis. The staff members were incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring that every aspect of our stay was enjoyable. The food was exquisite, showcasing the flavors of the region, and the comfortable accommodations provided a perfect retreat after a day of exploration. I cannot recommend Masseria del Carboj highly enough – it truly made our trip unforgettable. Thank you for the exceptional hospitality! Ps: the best Octopus we ever had ! Compliments to the chef !

Exceptional hotel outside Menfi in the rolling farmlands. Beautiful modern comfortable hotel with onsite restaurant, pool, inside or outside dining. Very attentive staff, wonderful food and drink menu. Highly, highly recommend. Wonderful evening respite from a day of touring Sicily. Quite a find off the beaten path. Hidden gem. Oasis feel to it.

Absolutely wonderful property. Immediately welcomed with Prosecco and small plate of appetizers. Beautiful exterior space with infinity pool with views over vineyards to the ocean. Nice lounge/library. Very attentive host/management. Spotless. The restaurant is Outstanding restaurant/gourmet. The property produces respectable wines. Perfect place to lounge or use as base for exploring. Rooms slightly generic. One comment for improvement is the the property was recently renovated and they chose to paint over existing tile but the paint is peeling off.

First, and most important is the people who run this place and work there. I have never felt such genuine hospitality and warmth. My partner had a tooth infection and they made dentist appointment for him and were genuinely concerned about his well-being. Marco and Rosanna the couple that own and run it are assisted by Guillia and Matea so caring. Even the gardener Pino offered me pine cones saying they were sacred in Sicily and a sign of good luck. Then the rooms are also really nice. We had an upstairs room with a beautiful view. Nice bathrooms, comfortable beds. The food is excellent creative and gourmet… every evening. There’s a sunset cocktail hour when they bring you little snacks and drinks. We ended up staying a week. It was so nice. Also, the breakfast was amazing cakes and eggs, sound cheese and fruit and yogurt etc. even sometimes crepes and pancakes.

This place is a must-go place for Menfi area stay. Perfect for family and couples- surroundings are lovely, luxury rooms and restaurant is another level. Also thanks to Marco and his staff for the great service. Highly recommend & we'll definitely come back!
