Creekside Inn & Suites

We were staying on a January weekend and travelling with another small party. We arrived and I think there may have been 1 or 2 cars total in the parking lot. We requested rooms next to each other and perhaps it was because we had slightly different floor plans, but we couldn't get adjacent rooms, despite the place being almost deserted. The front desk agent did get us near each other, but also put us in the rooms that look out to the street (as opposed to the opposite side of the back parking lot) so we heard road noise the entire time. The room was clean and fine enough - pretty basic - but what was expected for the price. It was a cold rainy weekend and we arrived to find the room heat had not been turned on yet, so our room was freezing. Thankfully we were able to turn it on and left for a few hours so it had time to warm up, but thats a simple thing to think ahead for your guests, especially when the place is almost deserted. We had asked about the hot tub and told its working, but when we went out to it - it was freezing cold. Breakfast was incredibly basic - and the bread put out for toast was one day away from expiration. One of the people in our party tried to grab something at 10:05 and despite not a single other person in sight and the breakfast room still being open, the worker told her she was too late to even grab a yogurt. Front desk person less than friendly or helpful.

The hotel was clean and attractive, and we liked the breakfast. The only problem was the heater which was noisy and did not warm up the room well.

We had a nice stay at this hotel. The hotel room is quiet at night with all the rooms facing inside. The room is clean. The bed is comfortable. There is a small table with 2 chairs. The staff is friendly. The simple breakfast is convenient.

Check in was easy. Good parking. Complimentary “breakfast” was toast, cold cereal, and pancakes 😕. Quiet area on the outskirts of town. Bed was VERY hard. Not bad but not great

Reservations and check in was quick and easy. The rooms were clean and comfortable. I have mobility issues, so they made sure to give me an easily accessible room.

All-in-all it was a great property, especially for the price. AND, I would recommend your own pillow. They were the hardest ones I'd slept on in hotel/motel since my youth hosteling days.

Great place and Location. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Staff was excellent. The only downside was the breakfast. Which is understandable being there was few people staying while we were there.

The room was clean and comfy. I loved the in room jacuzzi. I felt safe being a woman traveling alone. Staff was very nice. I'll stay there again next time in in town.

Pros: The location of this hotel is nice. The shower water got nice and hot. The parking lot felt safe and secure. Outside of hotel looked clean and up-kept. Cons: It was not very clean inside our room (102). The floors are stained and spots of ripped carpet, chairs looked like it’s been months since they’re been clean (there were 3 couch chairs in our room). The hot tub was hardly warm which was a real bummer. We let the lady know in the office and she said there was nothing she could do. The breakfast was horrible. Only pancakes were available and it was an automated machine. The pancakes were unbelievably small. I don’t think we will be staying here again.
