더 우드로즈(The Woodrose- Newly Renovated)

Spartan facility that has recently been remodeled. This is an old motel that was lijely built as a budget traveler’s overnight lodging spot. The interior is clean and redecorated in a clever fashion, obviously driven by budget. The bathroom is not much bigger than an airport phone booth. While the tv has a wealth of channel selections, few of them seemed to be viewable. The strongest asset this budget motel had was the host who greeted us, a young man named Raj. He seemed to be the “Everyman” for the business and could not have been more helpful than he was. He offered to help with our luggage and also suggested a few dining spots in town:

We were coming into town for a basketball tournament and I just needed a safe, clean spot for our group to rest and hang out between games. The room was very clean and spacious - with a nice set up for a dining area & a wonderful coffee bar (much nicer than most hotels!). The staff was very kind and easy to work with. Location is right on the main drag of town, but the rooms don't front the road so there's not the road noise.

Very nice, clean, amiable motel to spend a couple of nights. Rooms have been upgrades, and front desk staff was very helpful and firendly.

This small hotel was amazing! Very clean, newly remodeled, very spacious. The manager who greeted me was very professional and pleasant. I felt very welcomed! I will absolutely stay here in my next trip through the area.

The Woodrose is an older motel that was given a makeover. The room we had was very roomy and the bed was firm and extremely comfortable. The room and bathroom were spotlessly clean. The walls are a bit thin, we could hear someone loudly snoring during the night in the adjoining room. The bathroom (toilet / shower) area was quite cramped. There was a large vanity/ sink, outside of the bathroom which very nice. For the rate we paid ($107.91), it was an excellent value for one night in Willits.

Wonderful update to the hotel and excellent service. Stayed here between seeing the redwoods and Point Reyes.

Comfortable room clean for the most part. The coffee machine was not cleaned from last user. Toilet lid was not on tight shower was clean and had good water pressure. Very firm mattress a little hard to get comfortable in. We were in a room next to some children so that made it hard to sleep in.

We enjoyed staying the Woodrose because it was clean, upgraded, affordable and convenient. Thank you. We will be back.

We love this place, we stay here everytime we come through. Clean, comfortable, quiet.
