Bellissima location moderna e ricca di confort. Purtroppo in camera hai una bellissima macchina caffè nespresso ma con solo 4 capsule .. non ne hai altre a disposizione quindi sappile sfruttare al meglio durante il tuo soggiorno ! Colazione super ! Piscine da sogno! La zona vip molto silenziosa ma con le stesse caratteristiche della zona comune. La zona esterna è cosparsa di letti balinesi molto belli e comodi ma purtroppo sono a pagamento ! Complessivamente soggiorno da sogno assicurato !

Lovely holiday at delightful hotel Had fab room overlooking golf course with own sun loungers (408) Beautiful modern room with the biggest monsoon shower ever seen Breakfast fab served by the pool Lunch also available there. Great choice and price Dinner half board only thing that let it down. Served inthe Atlantico restaurant in a separate section at the back of this lovely restaurant and a very mediocre selection of uninspired dishes. Ate there a la carte on another evening and that was fab, totally different experience ! Rooms lovely and clean and chocolates left on pillow some days - nice touch. Shane water tea bags and coffee weren’t replenished once used Pool fantastic and spa lovely and staff friendly All in all would recommend !

클럽 비스타 세레나에서 일주일을 보냈고 처음부터 끝까지 멋진 경험이었습니다. 아파트는 훌륭하고 매우 깨끗했습니다. 우리는 1층 아파트를 가지고 있었고 파티오 지역은 휴식을 취하기에 좋았고 보너스 인 햇빛이있었습니다! 수영장 지역은 매우 깨끗하고 잘 관리되었습니다. 베니스 풀 바도 훌륭하고 합리적인 가격이며 직원들은 매우 친절하며 큰 문제는 없습니다. 음식은 환상적입니다! 클럽 비스타 세레나의 모든 직원은 가장 환영하고 친절했으며 큰 문제는 없었습니다. 아파트는 매일 청소되었습니다. 나는 클럽 비스타 세레나에 대해 부정적인 것을 정말로 생각할 수 없습니다. 나는 주저없이 확실히 돌아올 것입니다.

호텔은 오후 3시 체크인 정책을 매우 진지하게 실행하고 인상적입니다. 내가 준 방은 가장 오른쪽에 있었고, 거대한 호텔이기 때문에 호텔에서 많은 길을 가야했습니다. 두 개의 계단이 있습니다. 프론트 데스크에서 내가 거대한 여행 가방을 가지고있는 것을 보지 못했습니까? 그가 내가 젊은 사람이라고 생각할 수있어서 매우 기쁩니다. 프론트 데스크의 신사들은 여전히 매우 열정적입니다. 방은 충분히 큽니다. 호텔 위치도 괜찮습니다. 잉런 비치까지 도보로 약 15분 거리에 있습니다. 호텔에는 주차장이 없습니다. 길가에 주차해야 합니다. 아침 식사는 매우 좋습니다.

남편과 2 살짜리와 함께 방문했습니다. 호텔 방에는 우리가 원하는 모든 편의 시설이 있었고 깨끗하고 잘 관리되었습니다. 직원들은 리셉션, 청소부 및 저녁 식사의 직원부터 항상 2 살짜리 소란을 피우고 비스킷과 풍선을 준 모두 사랑스럽고 친절했습니다. 정원은 잘 관리되어 있었습니다. 우리가 많은 시간을 보낸 얕은 수영장이 있는 작은 놀이터와 2개의 다른 수영장이 있었고 항상 인명 구조원이 근무하는 것 같았습니다. 음식은 맛있고 좋은 선택이었고 스시, 핫도그, 타코와 같은 다양성이 있어 흥미롭게 유지되었습니다. 애니메이션 팀은 친절했고 대부분의 저녁에 바시 디스코를 개최했습니다. 플라야 델 잉글스와 마스파로마로 가는 셔틀 버스도 하루에 몇 번 운행됩니다.

＞Great, Immaculately clean, modern with lovey staff, good location. Recently (in the last year?) refurbished so everything is CLEAN and Modern. Both Rooms and grounds (inc neat AstroTurf that was very clean and slip free!) Table and chairs outside your door semi-private (some rooms surround the pool) Sunchairs around the pool (but still some 'towel savers' occurred-BAD!!) Big Warm proper swimming pool Big bedroom with mini fridge, Big clean bathroom with double walk in shower, very Hot and powerful water (rain and wand in the shower). Both rooms were modern, clean and fresh. White all round. Good comfortable (double) twin beds Very efficient air conditioning Big double wardrobe for hanging with hangers provided Kettle and Cups (some coffee pods upon arrival) Powerful Hairdryer Room was cleaned every day to a high standard (hang request tag on door) Grounds were cleaned every day ALL staff smiley and happy Reception staff said hello and acknowledged EVERY time, and were VERY helpful. Good, Quiet location Adults only resort so was quiet and peaceful why the minus -1 The safe is Three Euros PER DAY to hire (Expensive cost over two weeks -bad impression). The walk in shower needs a water lip, but the floor towel stops the trickle of water Sly News is the only British speaking TV channel (dozens of German!) Interconnect door (between adjoining apartments) whilst key locked it would be assuring to see a physical bolt lock on the door. Wifi was free and worked (eventually with help of the staff!) but was a very over complicated way to sign in ＞Sunbeds around the pool were' blocked' by the usual anti-social towel hogs - these SHOULD be removed by staff as there are not enough sunbeds on a sunny day. SUMMARY: The rooms and complex were on par with Four Star hotels we've stayed in Remove the silly little things (safe hire Fee, Retune the TV etc, stop sunbed blocking) and this would be a straight 100% tip; do not book with ******* as their fee does not include breakfast WOULD recommend to stay again :-)

리리뷰어Great location but the hotel is too dark, and lacks any atmosphere. There is no information pack or anything in the room that explains about the hotel and what is available and I thought this was very poor for a so called 5 star hotel and I have never experienced this before. The de luxe double room, although a decent size is a terrible design - you go to the seperate toilet (next to a great shower room)and then you have to go to the sink, which is in the middle of the room by the wardrobes. How unhygienic is this!! Despite paying over £3000 for a 7 day holiday, this hotel charges you for the large four poster style beds by the pool if you use them and if you use the roof top beds and infinity pools, that will also cost you 50 euros per day. They had an A la Cart menu in the restaurant for breakfast and dinner but this was very poor. 4 times in seven days they had no Advocardo’s. Twice I asked the chef at the buffet counter what the fish was and he did not know. Signage at the buffet counters is very poor - these were often mixed up or not there at all. If you have a severe nut allergy this hotel is not for you. They have a dress code in the restaurant in the evenings, but this is not in force, as there were many occasions where men were allowed in wearing shorts….so no dress code at all! They have a decent sized gym, but it’s right next to the smoking area. Smoking is not permitted in the bedroom and balconies we were told yet nearly every evening we could smell cigarette smoke if we left our balcony door open. Complained but no action was taken. As far as I can tell by reading all the reviews for this hotel, some of the complaints that I have made have been made by other people, so the company is clearly not acting on these. This is why I have only given them 2 stars, which is very poor for such a great location. Change of management needed clearly!

PpaulinenagaurHotel and surroundings were lovely. Staff very friendly and attentive. Had to pay for the safe daily, which we felt should be within the price. Only stayed B&B so can only comment on the breakfast buffet. a lot of choice of breads, meats, cheeses, juices, fruit etc. but sausages weren’t good, bacon was chopped up not in rashers. Biggest bugbear was that we hired a car, parking is so limited we didn’t move the car all week as there prob wouldn’t have been anywhere to park if we had. It seems a lot of people left the car parked once they found a space in the VERY small hotel car park. No on street parking near hotel. However bus station not far away and a good transport system. Shops and restaurants short walk away in all directions. Hotel entry to beach and dunes but water is rough being on the Atlantic so went to another smaller sheltered beach at Amadores near Puerto Rico ( on the bus).

Just returned after our 6th visit, on the whole had another great holiday, lovely to meet up again with returning guests from Germany, UK, etc Food was superb once again as was the service in the Magnolia Restaurant, bars & pool service, not forgetting Martin entertaining us as usual! Entertainment good especially the excellent Centennial! Must just mention the hard working Gardeners who keep the grounds looking beautiful, they are a credit! A point I must mention is RIU relaxation of the dress code in the evening allowing men to wear shorts in the restaurant, this is fine if they are tailored shorts but people were wearing pool shorts etc this isn’t acceptable for a 5 star hotel, please take note RIU! All in all thanks to everyone, looking forward to our next visit.

리리뷰어우선, 숙소는 매우 크고, 서로 다른 숙박 시설이 나란히 있습니다. 그날 밤 일찍 도착했다면 벨맨이 길을 안내하지 않았다면 우리는 잘못되었을 수도 있습니다.
리조트 내 해변 옆에는 여러 레스토랑과 수영장이 있습니다. 터미널에는 역이 있어 외출에 매우 편리합니다. 유명한 명승지와 쇼핑몰이 매우 가깝고 도보로 쉽게 이동할 수 있습니다.
섬의 태양은 매우 강하므로 보호 조치를 취해야 합니다.

리리뷰어Fantastic accommodation, plus it's situated in a great location. The area is upmarket and by far one of the best beaches in the world, super clean and huge... plenty of restaurants to suit all budgets, shops, and the surrounding area is well maintained, beautifully landscaped and isn't built up like some of the neighbouring resorts. There is an abundance of bars, beach bars, late night coffee shops. restaurants, and high-end designer shops. The apartments are well-maintained, and have everything you need for a delightful stay. The grounds are unique, beautiful and very peaceful and tranquil, and are very well-maintained. There is a road outside, but it carries little traffic and was never a problem in terms of noise) I thought we might have problems with insects, but we were unaffected throughout our entire stay. Plus I didn't see one cockroach inside our apartment or within the grounds, which I have had problems with before in other hotels within the same area. The windows do not have insect screen, although we left the window fully open most nights and had no issues. The Aircon is 10 euros per day. During our stay all the apartments were in use, however, it was never crowded and often we had the entire grounds to ourselves some days. However, the only letdown would be... that there are no curtains in the living room/kitchen area and therefore guests can appear straight into your accommodation, if you leave the bathroom door open on the first floor, guests can also see straight in while showering. - Not an issue, just remember to close the door. The grounds are safe, and ideal for families with small children, the gates lock and there are also safety gates to enter the pool.
