Great staff, very helpful and friendly. We didn’t make use of the facilities, which were a swimming pool and I don’t know if anything else. Uphill, very close to Melilla town centre. I would definitely recommend staying in this hotel.

Smashing Hotel, l have stayed in two or three other hotels in Melilla and this is by far the best. Clean rooms, brilliant staff, lovely breakfasts. The Parador Hotel is very central to some much of this enchanting place (Melilla). I travel there once or twice a year to see my Daughter who lives there. Definitely booking this hotel for my next visit in October.

Spent 4 nights here in July 2023. A very peaceful place with big rooms and balconies as well as a superb pool. Really enjoyed it! And I actually did like the architecture. Room was super clean. Breakfast buffet was nice and dinner as well. English is a bit an issue and the beach is a little walk downhill. Really loved the views and the big pool! Little renovations of the floors and it will be perfect. Enjoyed it here!

Stayed for five nights at the beginning of September. Paradors are always special and Parador de Melilla is no exception! The views are fantastic, totally worth the steep walk up the hill to get there. My rooms was large and spacious with a great view from the balcony - lovely at sunset. Bathroom was also large with nice toiletries. The staff are fantastic, especially the ladies working on the front desk and in the cafeteria (small bar). The breakfast was good: cold food in buffet style and some hot options on request. Pots of tea also available on request. Lunch and dinner are available, although I didn't try them. There is a small bar (the Cafeteria) open for drinks and snacks through the day. One thing to note, check for recent photos of the swimming pool. It is still nice but looks quite different now to some of the photos on TripAdvisor, for example the large lawn area is no longer there. Check pool opening times as well if you're planning to use it. When I was there it was 12h30-14h30 and 16h30-20h30 in July and August and 16h30-20h30 in June and September (closed the rest of the year). It's a nice shaded pool for a refreshing dip at the end of the day. There is a lifeguard on duty. Overall, a very nice place to stay in Melilla!

Though in obvious need of renovation this is still a very good parador. Our room was spotlessly clean, large and with an excellent veranda which gave spectacular views of the city. Staff are extremely kind, helpful and pleasant - particularly so in a city where the people are, by and large, unusually pleasant. Lunch and dinner menus are fairly limited but very well priced and of good quality.

Su una collinetta vicino al forte della Victoria grande, il Parador Nacional di Melilla è un albergo di qualità eccellente in rapporto al suo prezzo. Stanze spaziose, con una vista straordinaria su tutta la città e persino il bidet in bagno. Mobilio forse un filo antiquato, ma non è un difetto particolarmente rilevante. La colazione è discreta, non infinita nella scelta ma ben al di sopra della sufficienza: piatti caldi come uova strapazzate, bacon o churros, una discreta selezione di salumi e di formaggi e una grande varietà di dolci e frutta. Personale gentile e disponibilissimo. Lo consiglio.
