웹 사이트의 사진은 프론트 룸을 위해 제공됩니다. 목요일과 일요일에는 190 달러, 금요일과 토요일에는 198 달러가 소요됩니다. 교통량이 매우 시끄러운 Lygon Street에 있습니다. 방에는 작은 발코니가있었습니다. 궁금하게도 칼튼에 대표되는 호텔 체인은 없지만 clocktower에 숙박 한 후에는 (매우 기본)이 숙소를 선택했습니다. 작은 리프트가 있지만 주차장, 과거의 상자 및 오래된 가구, 쓰레기통 등을 통해 걸어갑니다. 방 자체는 별도의 욕실 (매우 작은 샤워 시설)과 간이 주방 공간이있는 상당히 컸습니다. 깨끗하고 수건도 좋았고 화장지도 매우 싸고 얇아서 항상 걱정이 되었습니다. 우리 방의 에어컨은 우리가 떠나기 전날 밤 작동을 멈추었고 나사가 떨어졌을 때 욕실 문 손잡이가 매우 느슨해졌습니다. Lygon St 자체는 슬퍼 보이며 많은 레스토랑과 상점이 Covid 덕분에 임대 또는 영구적으로 문을 닫습니다. 5 박 동안 거의 천 달러를 위해, 우리는 다시 여기에 머물지 않을 것입니다.

Space is the first hostel of my trip and it’s set the bar pretty high! Staff are lovely, everywhere was always super clean, beds are comfy, towels are provided and you can even grab a fresh one every day if you wish. Location is great, would recommend the Queen Victoria Market for something to do and “pizza pizza pizza” was lush. There’s nothing “on” as such at the hostel but this didn’t bother us. The only thing that would be good is some extra fridges as they were packed full every day and it was hard to put your own food in anywhere. Would definitely come back.

The Deluxe room we were allocated was possibly the worst view you could get for the most expensive price you could pay. We were allocated a room ( 210) directly opposite the lifts and in the room out view consisted of overlooking a persons apartment and as they were having drinks on the balcony and we were maybe 2metres away from that building there was zero privacy . The curtains were very fine materiel so in order to have some distance between us and them we were forced to keep the heavy drapes closed all day and night . This made the small room very claustrophobic, the windows don’t appear to be doubled glazed so on the lower levels you can hear the bins being emptied and the general rough and tumble of the lower laneways and the residents in the adjacent building having late night drinks . When we enquired about moving rooms we were offered a room two doors down . The annoying thing was they said they were fully booked so there was no rooms on higher floors we could move too . A quick check on Wotif revealed that there were actually rooms available that you could book so there were vacancies , but l guess it was better to hold them open to get top dollar rather than to accommodate current guests who’d paid upfront 2months prior . I would have moved current guests who had a legitimate concern if it had been me making the decision as a gesture of support, but l guess they weren’t to concerned because we’d paid already but that type of contempt for guests who chose to stay in good faith wears thin . Not a pleasant stay wouldn’t recommend and will be happy for a refund !

위치는 좋았으나, 직원의 응대가 없는 수준. 스스로 고키 앱을 다운 받아서 체크인 해야 했으며, 건물 내 모든 세탁기가 카드 리딩을 하지 못해서 근처에 코인 세탁방을 방문해야 했음. 화장실과 침구류의 위생 상태는 괜찮은 수준이었다. 소음에 민감한 사람이라면 1층은 피해야한다. 주말이 되면 그라운드가 클럽이 되기 때문에 엄청 시끄러움

위치는 매우 좋으며 CBD에 있어 쇼핑몰과 차이나타운에 가기 매우 편리합니다. 아침 식사는 괜찮았습니다. 아침 식사로 잡곡 과일 빵을 좋아합니다. 체육관이 있으면 더 좋을 것 같아요.

우리는 두 주말 동안 2박을 했습니다. 우리 첫 번째 방은 520이었습니다. 좋지 않았습니다. 샤워는 커튼으로 침대와 분리되어 있었습니다. 화장실은 ”별도의”방에 있었지만 ”오염”을 피할 수 있는 방식으로 환기가 되지 않았습니다. 그러나 침대는 편안했고 우리는 위치와 극장, 상점 등에 쉽게 접근할 수 있어 매우 만족했습니다. 두 번째 숙박은 214호실에 있었습니다. 샤워기와 화장실이 적절하게 분리되어 있다는 점에서 훨씬 좋았습니다. 우리는 매우 기본적 인 아침 식사 (토스트, 시리얼, 주스 및 팬케이크)를 머무는 동안 아침 식사를 즐겼습니다. 우리는 토스트와 시리얼 옵션을 즐겼지만 그것도 제한적이었습니다. 팬케이크 기계는 불행히도 두 숙박 모두 고장났습니다. 대체로, 당신은 당신이 지불하는 것을 얻습니다 - 그리고 멜버른의 가격은 매우 저렴합니다.

The staff were not following COVID protocols. None wore masks. Day manager actually spoke to us with mask on chin and AROUND the safety barrier. One pen used for everything by everyone. Night manager & staff as well as other guests were all maskless. We were not asked to show proof of our vaccination status. Inspired ZERO confidence that they were actually sanitising anything. My partner also felt unsafe as there were a lot of people loitering around the building. The room was clean and tidy. Located excellently for the event we were attending. Hot water worked, loved the choice of flooring. That was all. The room offered only one single bar of soap. No shower gel, shampoo or any extra toiletries as is expected from even the most basic accomodation you can stay in anywhere else. I have stayed in youth hostels in the outback and even they offered more than a tiny bar of soap. There was no indications of any extra services offered or being available. There were no extra pillows or blankets available in the room. One very flat pillow per person and a thin doona only. The pillows were so low that I could not sleep on it and when I asked for another pillow from the night manager I was met with rudeness. He finally gave me an old, dirty pillow with no pillow case (see photos). When I asked for a pillow case he acted like I was being ridiculous. We slept badly as the bed was very hard. Actually went home and slept as we were so tired from the uncomfortable bed. Upon checkout we got stuck in the lift as the door to the G floor would not open. We finally called for help using the phone but even though the front desk manager answered and said he would be with us immediately he was not. We finally left by going back to our floor and using the fire escape to exit via the basement parking. He then told us he couldn’t hear what we were saying on the phone so basically ignored us, and then gave some rubbish excuse about the one elevator being an old one that was not for guests. Basically if we had not exited the way we did we would have been stuck in the elevator for hours being ignored. There was no signage indicating anywhere that one of the two lifts was not for guests, and if the lift was not for guests you would think it would be clearly marked so.
