Turtle nesting right out back the season is May thru October. 1 hr and 15 to Disney, several restaurants within walking distance from the property. Space center 25 miles north and you can witness amazing launches from the deck. We have bicycles for guest use and the property is located between the Indian river Lagoon and the Atlantic Ocean with the world class Sebastian Inlet just 12 miles to the south this area has some of the best fishingAbout pets:No pets allowed.About checkOut:Check out before 10:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About checkIn:Check in after 4:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About minBookingAge:Minimum age to rent: 25.About events:No events allowed.

Trying out boats to buy VAYCAY Absolutely perfect! Quiet, Clean, right on the beach. No traffic or crowds. Private beach. 🏖️ Lovely room setup. Will hope to book for longer stay in future!

Oasis in the sun The property was well inventoried with an outstanding look at the ocean and sunrises. The host was in constant contact with any information that needed to be provided. I really enjoyed being on the property, with the location being accessible to restaurants and bars.

Perfect location This condo has a perfect location. This is our second stay and we plan on returning. It's cozy and comfortable. The location and view are awesome as well as the owner is friendly and easy to work with.

Killer view Absolutely stunning view, the beaches were not crowded, neither was the town. The place was comfortable, we felt safe. Hosts were easy to get in touch with, responsive.

could be much better This property has a fantastic view and wonderful location. The host was quick to respond. Great to have washer and dryer. However, it was not cleaned well at all - crumbs on the counter, sand, crumbs and spots on the floors. The bathroom floor needed a good scrubbing. Everything needs updated - the sofas are dirty and uncomfortable, new linens would be good (sheets and towels) - pillows are flat. The internet was sporadic. The laundry tub should be junked!
