Front desk and hse keeping staff service level are commendable. Hotel provides welcome drink, FOC pick-up laundry services and recycle and washable towels. 5km to high speed rail station, great hotel and will stay again.

Not suitable for non-smokers. Walkway and rooms with strong smoking smell. Not suitable for light sleepers. No soundproofing or management of noisy, inconsiderate guests who gathered in room and talk loudly at night. Parking is limited. Care needed when driving as hotel is next to a school with many school kids or people gathered at hotel entrance or parking area. Reception is welcoming with good service attitude. Rooms are clean and spacious with disposable towels and toiletries provided. Location is good at central area. Eateries and shops within walking distance

這次入住的體驗非常愉快。感謝前台辦理入住工號002的小姐姐，她的服務態度十分熱情和專業，辦理入住非常順利，給我留下了很好的印象。 房間整體非常乾淨整潔，床鋪舒適，配有豐富的洗浴用品。酒店還提供了洗衣服務，方便了我的日常需求。房間內的小物品也很貼心，例如枱燈、熱水壺、書寫工具等，這些細節讓我在入住期間倍感温馨和舒適。

首次選擇入住365城市酒店感覺超出我的預期，房間乾淨衞生，有一次性毛巾住的舒心，酒店大堂很貼心備有小糕點和礦泉水方便晚到或早出門的友友們！下次入住還會選擇365城市酒店。
