I would like to recognize the excellent service provided by three staff members: the bellboy with long hair, the receptionist with dark hair, and the tall guy at the night reception. Unfortunately, I don't recall their names, but they truly stood out. The hotel is nice and beautiful, but there were a few issues. The valet service took way too long, even though we requested the car in advance. Communication between departments could also be improved; I had an issue with dry cleaning where no one knew about my request, and my clothes were returned wet on my departure day without any follow-up. We also had trouble with the TV casting system. The only solution we found was taking an Apple TV from the cinema and returning it every morning, rather than being offered to keep it for the inconvenience. Lastly, the manager's phone call with my wife was unprofessional when informing her that we could no longer use the Apple TV without offering a solution, showing zero empathy. This left a negative impression.
