I am currently staying at this hotel. I booked a quad as we were 4 adults which includes 2 elderly mums over 75 years old. Upon arrival we realized that the room was not spacious and with their walking sticks etc to enable them to move around was extremely difficult. I requested the hotel to remove one bed from the room so that we could move more freely. They said that would not be possible. I then requested for a junior suite price so that we may move to a bigger room. No one has come back to me despite having advised me that they would. If you are traveling with elderly people please don't book a quad as no one is willing to help to make their stay easier.Extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with the service.

The hotel was very very perfect , beautyfull , nice . services were excellent the restaurant inside the hotel was very good , the rooms were in a very good shape , the price is quite good , Alharm it's just about less than 400 meter , it deserves to take it .

I have a deep dissatisfaction regarding my stay at this hotel. Unfortunately, our experience has been severely affected due to the constant and unbearable noise coming from the air conditioning machines located on the terrace. This noise goes on 24/24, making it absolutely impossible for us to sleep or rest properly. we were never informed by the reception staff about this serious issue when we checked in, which is completely unacceptable. As guests, we expect honesty and transparency, especially when it concerns something that directly impacts our well-being. I really don’t advice the hôtel

Newest rooms after renovation, but nothing changed, cleanliness of the bathrooms carpets, corridors, lift, restaurants. The hotel management promised a complete overhaul, but guests were disappointed to find the same old issues.cleanliness remained a major concern for Us. The carpets in the hallways were still stained and threadbare, giving the impression of neglect. Even the once-promising restaurant now seemed lackluster and uninspired... No standard

"Terrible hotel with the worst management. Never stay at this hotel if you have any self-respect. The manager, Noshad, is the worst I’ve ever encountered. He has no ethics and no manners when speaking to customers. If you want to maintain your hotel's reputation, you should dismiss him. I was in the breakfast lounge, getting food for my mother as she was fasting. I had received permission to take her food to the room since she wasn't having breakfast, and I had paid for her meal. However, Noshad, the hotel manager, rudely stopped me and took the plate from my hand in front of everyone. I told him that if it wasn’t allowed, he should have explained it politely, rather than behaving so rudely."

The hotel location is very strategic and near from Nabawi mosque, the room facility is very good, the food is tasty and delicious and all staff are very nice. The toilet worked perfectly and the housekeeping teams tried their best to ensure that we were comfortable in the room. I would encourage you to book this if you want the prime location. At the end, I would like to thanks Mr. Asif Iqbal, who provided us excellent service through out our stay.
