We payed for a week, upon arrival we got a smaller room, crooked door, writings in the closed, an old fan instead of AC, the door didn't closed properly... There is no elevator and we had big luggage. We didn't spend more than 5 minutes in the room while we talked about the room and to the staff. We asked for a room change and the first ting they said is there were no free rooms and there won't be a refund. We asked to be refunded all days except that night and we were leaving. They said then that they had one free room (like the one we payed (on the 4th floor).) We refused and asked why didn't we get this since the beginning. We insisted in leaving and they say refund is not possible. We didn't care and procede to leave and then told us to stay there and we would get a better room the next day at mid-day (but we were not planning to spend our vacations inside the hotel waiting for a room change). We left anyway and told them we will report this to booking. They contacted us again telling us to cancel in booking (no chance to leave feedback). And they gave us a partial refund. We payed 100.000 COP per night. I would value the night at 50.000COP. The staff looks nice (not the faut of the guy on the counter), but the hotel management is terrible, it seem overpriced for what we get. If you are looking for a cheap place, this could be okay. Multiple times I asked for a full refund and no online comment but they refused. Make sure you don't overpay, we got a much better hotel nearby paying 20%more.
