The hotel and the surrounding area is very nice. There are tons of restaurants and shopping. However, I am basing this review on the way I was treated by Chris, a female employee, and the general manager. I was traveling for business and I booked a room using my state government rate. I was continuously told that the Marriott does not honor the state government only federal/military. Yet, I booked the reservation on their site using the state government option. I’d also stayed at a Marriott a few miles away from this location a week ago on business with no problems using the state rate. I travel often, but this time I was interrogated by Chris and his female coworker about my eligibility. Despite the fact that I showed them my state government Id, they still went into the system and changed my rate to the standard rate, which was significantly more. The general manager was non responsive to the matter. I am very disappointed in my experience and I will take this up with Marriott corporate.

직원들은 저녁 식사에 친절했습니다. 훌륭한 사람들. 문제 #1 반복 화재 경보기 3 번 / 밤에 두 번 분명히 지속적인 문제입니다. 프론트 데스크 조직도 없고 관리할 계획도 없습니다. 비를 맞으며 밤에 노인들과 함께 서 있습니다. 무슨 일이 일어나고 있는지 알아보기 위해 소방서에 의존해야 했습니다. #2 열악한 유지 관리 - 난방을 과한 제빙기, 밤새 노크 소리가 나는 에어컨, 구멍이 있는 창 블라인드와 끝까지 내려가지 않음, 욕실 문이 막혀 열릴 도움이 필요함 - 모두 수리가 필요합니다. 여행을 위해 우리 자신의 베개를 가져 왔습니다. 그들이 방을 청소했을 때 그들은 내 사고로 베개 케이스를 가져 와서 그들의 베개로 교체했습니다. 우리는 상당히 빨리 알아차렸지만 그들은 결코 찾지 못했습니다. 여기에 여러 번 머물렀고 호텔 상태 면에서 큰 타격을 입었습니다.
