Disappointed to be give the key to a dirty room (like unmaid beds, linens and trash on the floor dirty), but things happen. However the more disappointing part was the front desk guy expressing his anger about the situation and vocally blaming the person who marked it “clean”. I’d much rather a “sorry about that, let me get you taken care of”.
Also didn’t realize there wasn’t a hot breakfast included which is disappointing for a business traveler. No issue with the business model, just doesn’t fit my travel needs.
