피에스타 인(Siesta Inn McAllen)

Had no electricity for over 8 hours had to find somewhere else to be because it was so hot. I understand that things happen but an apology was all that was offered.

There were bed bugs in room# 320 where I stayed. This place needs to be fumigated ASAP. VERY disappointed.

Amazing service. Excellent staff and property. Beautiful ambiance and outstanding facilities! Will return for sure! The beach is only a 3 min walk away! Loved it!

Great place to stay, everything was clean and the staff was very nice with us.

black mold in all the walls and door, asked mi an ID beacuse for them "NOT valid my passport" , the pool had cloudy water like green.

Overall, it was okay. Thought it was gonna be worse. One thing I did not like at all it was the manager's behavior. He was very mean, loud, impolite. Extremely impolite. I know that indian guys are very loud, but I mean, as a manager he should have been more polite and nicer. It is their customer what keeps that hotel standing. I was not mistreated, but I witnessed how a lady was yelled out by him, and that was when I was getting my key. So, what a first impression, right? It was quiet and I love how modern rooms are, but it was dirty. It gave me some more like a Motel vibes than an actual Hotel. There were hairs all over the bed sheets, even hairs from private parts, that made it even worse and gross. Whats the big deal with not using clean and washed sheets? Of course I did not complain with the manager because I was afraid of being kicked out as he seemed extremely rude. I did not care much also since I was just there because we needed a room to get ready for a concert at the Payne Arena. But yeah, those little thing are still relevant to be pointed out. I would say that implementing better cleaning and getting a manager and staff change would perfectly bring this hotel to a whole new level. I would've loved it if it wasn't bc of those little thing I mentioned.

The hair dryer was not working, no bathroom fan, the first day sheets were not cleaned had dust particles. The pillows were very small not enough towels we had to ask the housekeeper. The plastic cups were missing the second day so we had to get some from the office
