Nice and welcoming environment so calm with a river flowing,hear birds sing alot of green around the place that gives it a natural comfort,with ample parking space,the water fountains add on the beauty.love the technicians that take care.

Fitness instructor Baker is a very friendly and flexible sportsman who understands and teaches how to workout physically and mentally. It's always a healthy workout, I would always recommend Baker. He is knowledgeable, patient, knows how to motivate and push you to work harder, within reasonable limits. He really cares about your progress and makes sure you develop the right technique, taking time to show you how it's done, again and again until you get it right. He is also supportive outside of the gym, providing helpful tips on what to eat and how to exercise on your own.such a professional expert in his work. 5 star services are always on top .Nice,clean gym well organized around ,so far best around town ever seen.. give a shot on a five star gym.

I loved the the gym instructor ABUBAKAR he is so welcoming and lovely person i have ever meant in gyms around mbale town We enjoy body fitness with my friends the Trainer was so good en well experienced in body workouts. The environment in the gym was cool with well equipments for body exercise

Beautiful hotel. Set on the outskirts of town, meant it was so peaceful and serene. Grounds are green, with Mount Elgon and Sipi falls in the distance, parking ample. 1 main pool and 1 baby pool outside-simple but do the job! Bouncy castle splash zone put up when children are on site. Inside the hotel is spotless, staff are very accommodating. Food was delicious- remember all food is prepared fresh on Uganda so it will take 20+ mins to arrive. Room was more than adequate- comfy beds, clean, Tv with Netflix, AC, minibar etc. lots of other facilities too eg health spa, gym, but didn’t use these. Didn’t affect our stay at all, but may be worth noting, there aren’t any lifts, and apart from the pool, nothing else for children (no playground, games, entertainment). Had a great stay, would definitely return!

This is a great hotel and a welcome bolt hole if you are working in the area. It is quite a classic hotel but upon closer observation some areas of the hotel could do with an update or redecoration. As far as service is concerned it is top class. The staff couldn’t be more pleasant or helpful. Every member of staff goes out of their way to help you. This is their usp. The food is pretty average, not unpleasant but not outstanding. There are better hotels, cafes and restaurants in the area. As far cleanliness is concerned I would rate it at 100%. Again the en-suite bathrooms could do with decoration or updating but there is no area of the hotel that is not spotless and kept looking a little fresh. I did have a problem when I tried pay with US $. After discussion I think the issue was more to do with the local banks not accepting near perfect dollar bills which as anyone who visits Uganda knows is usually a ploy to devalue your dollars and give you a bad rate of exchange. All in all this hotel is well worth visiting.

Great hotel. Clean. Lovely. Heaps of amenities in room. Beautiful gardens. Fantastic massage. Overall, so so nice. It's hotels only fault... no lift. We were on the 4th floor so it was a lot of stairs!! I request that Reservations staff let guests know that there is no lift on arrival, and check if they are okay with so many stairs - if we had have known, we would have requested a room on the 1st or 2nd floor as we had a 1-year-old child with us.

Disorganised! I booked during the Chris**as period. They didn’t know how many rooms were available. As a result of overbooking, I was asked to vacate my room on Chris**as day. They also shutdown their online booking service because they didn’t have the internal infrastructure to monitor bookings. There’s no lift and the stairs are uneven, which poses a hazard. Sadly, there aren’t many comparable options in terms of amenities locally (e.g. spa, pool). However, I would recommend Mount Elgon Hotel as an alternative stay. It’s smaller, but the overall service is better and has the standard of amenities.
