Very nice Hotel, with a very competitive price. I liked the decoration and ambience very much. Good location, parking for guests. Comfortable beds and pillows, not perceived noises from anywhere, we slept like babies. Clean and nice room and bathroom. The staff is very good, english spoken. Complete breakfast buffet with quality products. Recomend 100%.

This is a comfortable hotel in the centre of Santillana. The owners were very pleasant and helpful. The room was a good size and adequately equipped. There is a secure car park. Breakfast was good with simple hot food available as well as the buffet.

October 20th-22nd,Stayed 2 nights in room 10 which was small but everything spotlessly clean and thankfully very comfortable beds. Bathroom was tiny with good shower but crazy little glass shelf in it!! If you were to slip and grab it then I’d imagine you’d be seeking medical help! Why glass? The hotel is fabulous with such a nice feel about it and the staff were lovely and very welcoming. Great breakfast too. If there is orange cake on offer it’s delicious you have to try it! Had a really nice stay in this beautiful town that’s got restaurants galore within spitting distance of the hotel . Just one thing that was a little miss leading about the photos you see of the hotel is the parking situation. The neat tarmac car park with marked out bays you see are not part of the hotel it’s for the restaurant next door! The actual hotel car park is at the back of the hotel and it’s not tarmac with a pin code bar type barrier and no obvious evidence of cctv that covers it either! Great little family run hotel and I recommend staying there. BTW it closes today 22October and it’s not open again until a week before Easter 2024!

Authentic Spanish country house hotel. Comfortable rooms. Fresh scrambled eggs made to order for breakfast, along with other buffet items. Easy walk into medieval town. Secure parking

Authentic country hotel on edge of beautiful medieval town. Free and ample parking. Easy walk to bars and restaurants. Good breakfast and comfortable bedroom. Made to feel very welcome and the bar was nice to return to in the evening.

built as a palace ,beauutiful building. still has original old floor boards. cobbles in the hall where carridges entered rooms large and comfortable. meals simple and very well presented. bathroom included a bidet.

This is an overpriced three star hotel. Nice family run and friendly, clean, nice bathrooms, nice breakfast, but…no air conditioning, no elevator to the upper floor, a twelve inch flat screen TV…how could TripAdvisor/Bookings give this a 9.2 rating? The positives: this small family hotel is very close to the old town, and it has its own private parking!!!

This is a quiet family run hotel. The room was very comfortable and clean. The breakfast was excellent. There is a secure car park. Definitely an advantage in Santillana. The hotel is a two minute walk from the medieval village where there is a range of bars and restaurants.

Very nice hotel within easy walking distance of the town.
