This is more like a Motel, not a hotel with bare minimum amenity. This hotel have no lobby. You would have check-in with Cafe downstairs. The hotel room have no refrigerator and AC. You would have to keep the window open all night during the summer. I don’t know why they still keep the bathroom heater on in the middle of July? You will be staying on second floor(only floor that’s open now), the noise from the cafe downstairs and the street throughout the night. (bring earplugs) The room was not very clean, we found soda can under the bed. The only advantage, it is close the bus station and city center.

Centrally located, right next to Swansea market, within 5 mins walk to bus station, both railway station and beach are within 15 min on foot

In the middle of town, loud shouting and drunks all night. Didn't get any sleep

I was cold in the room  The radiator was not emitting much heat and the bathroom was cold  I would like some compensation for this  The room 236

Hotel was very clean, well located and staff were communicative and helpful. The hotel is a little dated and there were minimal amenities in the room itself, but everything worked and functioned as expected. Only real complaint was the very small bed, but we slept well enough.

The room was very spacious and the service was also the best and the staff was so friendly too.
