真的不錯，環境好，安保好，餐飲棒，風景絕佳，獨享一片海灘，地中海白色沙灘，真的不錯，值得來。不會失望。

The hotel is beachfront as you leave your room it’s few meters (10-15m) till you reach the beach sand. We had an upper floor with Seaview which was breathtaking. The hotel itself is extraordinary and each corner tells a story. Staff went above and beyond to satisfy our needs. The hotel is super well taken care of and well maintained. Food was fresh, delicious and extremely diverse. I had an issue paying with a foreign card and was overcharged. It took long to be solved but Mr Karim kept communicating with me until it was solved. All in all, this will be our Egyptian Mediterranean destination for the time being. I want to give a shoutout to Mr Karim (Reception Manager), the Guest relations team for organizing the birthday for my wife and Mohamed (the florist) who made an extremely beautiful flower bouquet.

Housekeeping wash mugs in the bottom of bathroom as in photos, my daughter get infected from drinking in these mugs for 3 days. We don’t expect they wash by this way & finally, receptionist said sorry. pool heaters is off & water is cold although we are in Eid, we complained many times about pool but no one care. Hotel is very very overcrowded. If you’re lucky, you might find a table for dinner after much time. Every thing is less than average. However the price is very high. I booked from their website at a rate triple higher than many other guests, when I complained they told me they are group. I will never come again till the rest of my life

Guys, you are literally the best! I am writing as a loyal and long standing guest of Al Alamein Hotel. My family and I return every year because we have always appreciated the hotel’s beautiful beach, excellent facilities, and until now the consistently high standard of hospitality and service. Unfortunately, I regret to say that our experience this year has been profoundly disappointing. The level of hospitality has deteriorated to an unacceptable degree. The staff, who were once your greatest asset, now appear largely inexperienced, inattentive, and lacking the warm professionalism that made this hotel special. At best, only 20% of the staff deliver service that meets the standards expected from an establishment of this reputation and most of these are members of the older, long-serving staff who still demonstrate genuine hospitality and professionalism. It is clear that the dedication of these few remaining experienced employees is one of the only positive aspects left. To illustrate: on the very first day of our stay, a gardener knocked on our room door asking for a tip something entirely inappropriate and highly unprofessional. In the restaurants, basic service standards are not being met. Many waiters do not know the menu well enough to take orders without calling a supervisor for help. Breakfast, in particular, has been chaotic and poorly managed: I waited for over five minutes at an uncleared table, only to be told by a waiter without any greeting or explanation that another guest had been there first and that I should have joined a waiting list I was never informed about. It is painfully obvious there has been a significant shift in management approach, with cost-cutting visible in every aspect of the operation. This penny-pinching mindset is damaging the hotel’s longstanding reputation and does not align with the rich legacy and historic value of Al Alamein Hotel. I sincerely hope you take this feedback seriously. I strongly urge you to prioritize proper staffing, training, and management oversight to restore the quality and gracious hospitality that have always made Al Alamein Hotel worth returning to year after year. If this downward trend continue, I fear you will lose loyal guests who genuinely value what this hotel once stood for and what a few dedicated long-serving staff members still strive to uphold

Currently staying at this beautiful hotel. Fantastic beachfront location and very nice facilities. Most importantly, the reason I’m writing this review is to mention the staff. They are excellent, friendly and very accommodating. Mahmoud at the beach goes a step above, he even anticipates your needs. Ashraf and Hamza of housekeeping, keep our room clean and tidy and always asking if we need or want anything. Anything we ask for is done right away and with a friendly smile. The staff truly let you enjoy your vacation as they strive to make your stay as comfortable and breezy as possible. Thank you to all of them, and I commend the hotel for their selection of their staff.
