Nous avons beaucoup apprécié cet établissement et avons pu profiter de nos derniers moments au Sri Lanka jusqu’au bout grâce à un late check-out :) Tout le personnel est au petit soin, arrangent et efficace ! Le buffet est varié est adapté à plusieurs type de palais. Les chambres sont grandes, propres et bien équipées. Le GROS plus de cet hôtel est la magnifique piscine qui est à une température idéale !

후나스 폭포는 산책로, 꽃, 다리가 있는 호수가 있는 광대한 정원을 제공하며 폭포, 상단 폭포, 미니 골프 코스가 모두 가장 아름다운 배경을 이룹니다. 오랜 친구인 라닐 델고다 씨를 만나서 반갑습니다. 그는 이 숙소를 주요 조건으로 유지하고 있습니다. 매우 넓은 방과 모든 편의 시설을 갖춘 발코니, 앞쪽에 아름다운 정원, 배경에 있는 계곡 산, 오른쪽에 호수와 숲, 왼쪽에는 차 농장 농장. 방 바로 뒤에는 10 피트 깊이의 수영장이 있었고 수영장 바로 뒤에는 안개로 덮인 후나스기리야 산과 그쪽으로 향하는 길입니다. 아름다운 전망을 가진 호수가 내려다 보이는 레스토랑은 음식이 훌륭합니다. 놀라운 것은 인간의 터치, 매우 친절하고 정중 한 직원입니다. 프론트 오피스에서 시작하여 Mr. Tuan, Ms. Nilmini, Ms. Sathsara, Ms. Himasha, Mr. Raja 및 Mr. Gunawardhanana, 이것은 AGM & 헤드 자연주의 Mr. 부와네카 파티라나. 잘 관리된 부활한 Mr. Hemantha-Restaurant and Bar, Mr. Wasantha-F&B, Mr. Dhananjaya, Ms. Disna, Ms. Minu, Mr. Chaminda, Mr. Sajeewa-Chef와 그의 직원, Mr. Sidath, Mr. Satheesh, Mr. Ovindu, 바에 있는 메세지인디카, 아샨, 샤리스도 역시 최고조건에 거대한 아름다운 정원을 유지하고 있는 직원들에게 큰 감사를 드립니다. GM 덕분에 Ranil Delgoda 씨는 항상 머무는 동안 우리에게 제공 한 모든 지원에 대해 다시 한번 감사드립니다.

The hotel is nice, spacious beautiful room at check in we were treated to a refreshing juice. There is a big pool on the grounds and a big jacuzzi with hot water in the room.  Minuses of the hotel: Far from the attractions. Taxi from the center only go there for the price of pick me x2. Hotel taxi are 3 times more expensive. There are no stores and restaurants near the hotel, so inside the hotel prices for food x3, Also after 6pm it is dangerous to be outside because elephants are walking around. Now let's talk about the premium status and the five races. In 7 years of traveling, this is the first hotel that did not have a bathrobe, slippers and toothbrush and toothpaste in the room. The plumbing in the shower leaks, and the doors creak so much that you could call the spirits at night. Regarding the attention to the customer. I mentioned my upcoming birthday in conversation with the manager, but this fact was not used in any way to show any form of attention from the hotel. This is a huge miscalculation on the part of the staff at a premium hotel. We also had a late departure and our request to delay in the hotel for a couple of hours was refused. This was not due to the arrival of new customers, as the manager offered to extend our stay for a fee. For future customers this fact may be decisive in their choice. In general, the hotel is not bad, but the service and flexibility of the staff, as well as individual approach to customers, does not correspond to the premium level and requires improvement.

Without a doubt this was our favourite hotel during a ten day holiday in Sri Lanka. The location, with a view of the Rock is perfect. Both the villas and the public areas are finished to an exceptionally high standard. There is an attention to detail that not many top hotels manage. What we were particularly pleased with was the standard of service and the value for money of the food and drink. For food of this (high) standard the prices were extremely reasonable. This is a hotel that I can help highly recommend and hope to revisit.

We arrived in time in the rain. Staff nowhere to be seen and reception area wet and disorganised. Eventually some staff came and could have find our paperwork. The family room is ok. A bit dark and some dusty appliances. Breakfast. Dire. Nescafé sachets and they won’t even leave the jug of water with you. It’s table service and it’s SLOW! (Like everything else here). Juice is fake and sweet, toast is cold. Eggs were ok. Bar service SLOW and confused. No clue what they have or how much it costs! We had to ask them to turn the outside lights on. Basic stuff guys! There is zero atmosphere in the bar or restaurant… staff invisible or just confused. Didn’t clean our room all day when we were out. Location is great.

This was the second time I visited Heritance Kandalama and it was better than the last stay especially I would like to mention the Guest Relations Executive Miss. Yoshina for taking care of our family and fulfilling all our needs with all the needed information with her efficient style and making the stay comfortable also big shoutout to the chefs food was beyond amazing and the restaurant staff was very active as well and also the suite was amazing with all the amenities that should be there in a room overall a 10/10 experience and a must visit place in Sri Lanka ♥️

Very good Property, Nice swiming pool, We enjoyed our stay and accomodation. Shower is very slow. Bathing will take time.Clean property. Very Nice greenary and well maintained. Very good Hospatality, never had like this hospatality in other hotels during our visit.Please keep it up.
