라벤디시 와일드 사파리 리조트(Lavendish Wild Safari)

I only stayed one night here but it is a beautiful property with great service. It’s first class all the way. Modern rooms, great staff, amazing views and close to safaris and other activities that one may be interested in. You’ll definitely get your money’s worth at the Lavendish Wild Safari!

Very nice location with balconies and terraces of rooms overlooking the pool, lake and distant Knuckles mountain range, beautiful. The pool is really nice and clean except there’s no pool seating which is a shame. The staff are plentiful, friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious but there is a lack of little comforts like cushions for the hard wooden upright balcony chairs, only one pillow each, no hand towels just bath towels. The bathroom is small and although plenty of hot water and a nice shower needs an update. Just a good scrub and fresh grouting would make a big difference. Breakfast is good with fresh fruit, juice, toast, pancakes and fried egg or omelettes. There’s a large choice of menu , we had pad Thai seafood noodles which was very tasty. The second night was a buffet style. Ideal location to visit nearby Wasgamuwa which is a beautiful but less visited National park where we had a wonderful experience seeing elephants up close. Recommend one or two nights here just to visit the park.

Great service friendly staffs the manager was awsom Tasty food with varieties Clean rooms and spacious Great outlook Safari team was exelent with lots of patient and was close captures of wildlife experiences Will back definitely next time

Very nice place. Breakfast is very tasty and Great experience and authentic Sri Lankan Lavendish Wild Safari hotel in an amazing location. The owner is very friendly and welcoming. I would recommend it to anyone visiting wasgamuwa Lavendish Wild Safari Hotel. Not a more tourist but very relaxing place. I like this town area excellent people.

It’s an average place but definitely a good place around Wasganuwa as there isn’t much places around. Accommodation was average and food was average as well Nothing much to mention there but staff is friendly and ample parking and they arrange the safari as well. Not a bad place to stay to visit wasgamuwa

It is a 2* hotel or 3* at best. If any more stars were to be given it would be a shame on so many great hotels / villas in the country. Having said that in the particular Wasgamuwa area perhaps there aren't too many other options. The rooms were large but the toilets and some of the amenities need to be maintained. The food could certainly be a little more diverse if a bueffet system is to be used. The staff were very nice (particularly the girls doing the cleaning) but could be trained much more if perhaps the manager took a little more interest in the place.

A hotel with a great location and a friendly staff, with the great support that they have given . I could succeed my event with a great ending.❤️ The food is great.. thank you chef.. given like that delicious foods.😋 Environment is soo calm and quiet. I would highly recommend this hotel.. specially I would like to thank to Mr priyantha Residents manager you given patta support to us .. you are the best thank you thank you soo much.. everything.. and the crew to the support that they have given You all make my engagement day wonderful ❤️❤️❤️🌸🌸🌸

A great place to stay around Wasgamuwa National Park. We have travelled as a family with a 2 year old infant. All the staff from top to bottom were very hospitable and they have given their fullest support to make our stay memorable. They have built a villa next to the main hotel and that was the home for our stay. Rooms were simple clean and having garden view with lake aside. Child cots were not available but we manage the sofa attaching to the bed as a baby cot. Safes were not available in the Villa but I guess they might be available in the main hotel but not sure. soap was available in the bathrooms but no shower gel or shampoo. Its better if hotel take necessary actions taking this feed back constructively. Food was delicious and we enjoyed lot. The Manager and the chief was asking us what ever the preferences we need for the meals and had prepare them for us. Hotel has their own safari Jeep which we can rent for a Safari in Wasgamuwa National park by paying additional amount of money. Thank you for making our stay memorable

Our stay was excellent. The room was good, the Food very good with the Chef on hand to get what we liked. The staff were great all up. Many thanks for an excellent stay. The hotel staff were always at hand & very courteous
