바톤카 게스트 로지(Batonka Guest Lodge)

Batonka Guest Lodge offers a great alternative to the bigger hotels. The facilities are great and transport to all attractions can quickly and easily be arranged by the lodge. They can also book whatever adventure experiences you are after. The breakfasts and one dinner we had in the lodge were excellent and the staff were all so helpful and friendly. There is a lovely pool set in the beautiful gardens if one would like to relax at the lodge.

The property and staff were amazing. Each employee greeted us with a smile and a positive attitude. The grounds and accommodations were comfortable and well maintained.

Lovely boutique place to stay. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I was able to book some wonderful activities through them. They also provided shuttle and taxi services. Rooms were clean and well appointed. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and made to order. Quiet location. Sarah, Lewis, Bernadette and Gertrude assisted me throughout my stay with activities, suggestions and making my stay very enjoyable.

The Lodge is quite new, seven years but spacious and extremely well maintained. The standard room was lovely with a large bathroom and awesome shower, much needed after long journey from UK. There are two outstanding features here the staff, friendly polite knowledge and welcoming and then the grounds which are mature and beautiful. The veranda restaurant does a good breakfast, lovely toasties from lunch and a straight forward set dinner menu. Highlights arranged by the staff, were an evening Zambezi cruise and visit to Dusty Road Township restaurant, both recommended. The setting surpassed our expectations and was a wonderful start to our trip.

I cannot recommend this lodge enough. Not only is it absolutely beautiful, the dining area perfectly set in the garden and the standard rooms are gorgeous, plus the pools, but the service is incredible. The staff are all so friendly. We had a few hiccups to our travel plans that were no fault of batonkas, but they bent over backwards to help us and make us feel supported while we dealt with our home embassy for help. They truly care about your experience and go above and beyond, each and every one of them.

From the first welcome to the last good bye it was a perfect stay for us. This nice place was our Basis to visit the falls (Simbabwe and Sambia side). All recommendations of the teams were perfect, also the sunset cruise. Thank you for the feeling we were at home.

My husband and I loved Batonka Guest Lodge. A beautiful setting and fantastic staff who cater to your every need. The food was superb and the service impeccable. We highly recommend Batonka Guest Lodge for anyone visiting Victoria Falls, and the Lodge is just a short distance from the Falls.

Well kept hotel and grounds. Wide selection at breakfast and good menu for dinner. Quiet location. Pool was just warm enough for me to swim in.

We had a lovely two night stay at Batonka Lodge. Beautifully designed and tastefully decorated with art and African crafts.The four poster bed with nets was very comfortable and the bathroom huge. The food was excellent and the staff very helpful and friendly. They had beautiful gardens attracting colourful birds and wildlife with a swimming pool. We would thoroughly recommend this as a place to stay when visiting Victoria Falls.
