호텔 빌라 볼피(Hotel Villa Volpi)

We had a different room from booking site, it was smaller than expected for four family.

The idea of having a nice get away night in hills surrounding wine ranks was ruined by a poor kitchen and a terrible sleeping couch. The sleeping couch had no comfort. A top madras could have helped. There is only one kitchen up the hills, the one at the hotel. We noticed that the price for the main course was low, and the reason is that you are served half a meal, not a complete plate. Every one of the plates served was missing an important details. It was clear that the kitchen had no skilled personnel. The feeling of being isolated and reliant on the hotel made this stay a less positive experience 😔

What can I say, it’s just fantastic. Marco, who owns the place is so welcoming, the staff are great, the guests are all very friendly. The pool is absolutely perfect. Yes it’s cool water, but it’s all clean, inside and out. Lots of lovely chairs to recline in also. We have two girls, both usually complain they are bored, not a word from either of them and we are 5 days here so far ! :) It’s a villa hotel, so you get that sense when you arrive, but honestly so what :). The rooms are all nice, we had one on the ground floor, meaning we had our own terrace, we also had the option to go out the back straight to the pool. The views here are simply amazing, I can’t even put into words how amazing the views are. You really do get a sense you are taking a break. The atmosphere here is so good, you just get that wonderful sense of relaxation. You really do unplug :) Now for food: You have breakfast at 0830 - 0930. It’s the usual coffee, tea, cakes, croissants, and a selection of fruits. A buffet, and it’s more than fine. For lunch it’s between 13:00 - 14:00 either a light bruschetta, or you can ask the staff and they will make a pasta dish for the kids if required:). We have one very fussy eater, she has so far eaten everything served! For dinner it’s usually between 2030 - 2230 but if your feeling hungry sooner no problem the staff can make you something nice :) Drinks wise, there is a bar there, you can order wines, champagne, Prosecco, spirits etc, and of course all the usual soft drinks also :) There are taxis you can order also to Lucca, or Pisa if you want to explore, ideally though I would advise renting a car if you can. Again a fabulous place, great staff, amazing views. Above all though, it recharges your soul !

Un petit peu excentré de Lucca (15 minutes en voiture), une vraie petite merveille ! Véritable havre de paix, une vue magnifique qui nous a enchantée Un accueil tout aussi chaleureux que la rénovation de cette demeure ! Nous reviendrons avec bonheur !

Siamo stati a soggiornare in un week-end di luglio in questa struttura. Location molto bella ma solo quella. Assenza totale di personale sia per gestire il ristorante che il bar inesistente e buio. Signore/ proprietario reception tra le nuvole..Sembrava che non ci fosse quasi nessuno a gestirla..sembrava si gestisse da solo l'agriturismo..un po' spettrale dati anche i piccoli cimiteri attorno..

Cosa dire di una simile location semplicemente ottima stupenda la visita molto accogliente la struttura cucina semplice e molto buona...personale cortese e disponibile è stato un soggiorno perfetto...............................vino di lori produzione super..

Un piccolo angolo di paradiso ...ho trascorso solo una notte con mio marito e mia figlia ma sono stata accolta come a casa dal proprietario ...le camere pulite e grosso colazione ottima ...e nonostante il poco personale non ci hanno fatto mancare niente ....consigliato

Les 4 étoiles ne sont de loin pas méritées. L'isolation catastrophique, le petit-déjeuner vraiment pas terrible. 2 choses positives l'emplacement au calme et la piscine. Pour le reste passez votre chemin

Abbiamo soggiornato dal 30 giugno al 7 luglio Periodo fantastico trascorso in una struttura incantevole ed arredata in maniera direi sontuosa. La bellezza dell'antico borgo concilia il relax piu' completo con rilassanti tuffi nella bellissima piscina. L'ubicazione consente di visitare le piu' belle localita' della zona (Lucca, Forte dei Marmi, Garfagnama) Servizio impeccabile. Abbiamo sempre pranzato e cenato presso la struttura senza mai pentircene. La disponibilita' del personale tutto ti fa sentire veramente come a casa. E che dire di Marco, il titolare: oltre che simpaticissimo e professionale sempre disponibile a a soddisfare le richieste degli ospiti che Marco considera piu' che ospiti amici.
