Had a great 10 day holiday , staff very friendly and helpful , all areas of the complex very clean and rooms spacious. There was plenty of food choice but will always find someone who moans about choice . Only thing was not much entertainment on the night time but this may be as still early in the season . Will definitely return

We have been at the Turbo Club since Friday (so last day tomorrow) and have been pleasantly surprised. The rooms are very clean and spacious, beds incredibly comfortable. There’s a mini kitchen area but no kettle. The food is plentiful, a good selection and of reasonable quality albeit not that hot, but there are microwaves to sort that out. Drinks too are good, lots of choice. There are two pools, main one has the bar, the quiet pool has the baby pool attached. Lots of sun beds and seating . There’s a mini golf area, table tennis and pool table. Also a free bus twice a day that takes you into the town centre. The Spar shop stocks pretty much everything you want and is attached to the hotel. Ideal for a reasonably priced break in the sun

This 2 star hotel is a complete disaster 2 drinks per person so if you have a family of five you would have to line up two times or three just for a drink each the food is cold and very basic had perfume stolen out of room turbo club didn’t care you have to fight for a table at lunch and dinner lots of building works going on and the noise starts at 6:30 am staff are friendly and but not very helpfull and no manors or conversation at all this hotel has been over run by cock roach I counted 26 the first morning all around the pool if you enjoy a walk around the local shops then don’t come here would take you over an hour and half to get there by foot taxi 10 euro each way I’m moaning because I don’t want you to waste 900 quid but guys there is some light me and my family 12 of us made it a fantastic holiday we laughed all day every day no kettle or basics in room everything is rented for a fee no sun bed towels I do not recommend this hotel don’t waste your time and money all ways read reviews and do your home work I’m gutted my self but wanted to reassure you all not to even consider this dum p

This apartment complex is comfortable the food is the same cold stuff day after day just different varieties at lunch my wife had bolognese lasagne at the evening meal there was spaghetti bolognese. The staff are working the restaurant and the tiny pool bar so you have to wait ages to get a drink. There are no snacks of any description in between meals. The only good thing is free WiFi and aircon. If you want a kettle in your room you have to hire 1 from reception. We certainly won't be returning to theses apartments

It had everything we needed, foid was good all th staff were very happy to help and always cheerful. Pool wasn't heated but once in it was good

We have just come back from these apartments and went for a relaxing holiday after a family bereavement to get away. First the all inclusive aspects wasn’t like all inclusive as we didn’t see any snacks between the meal times. Also you are limited to just 2 drinks at a time even for soft drinks. The first few days were ok until noisy groups started coming. First a group of lads that got put in rooms around ours then a large group of girls that must have come for some sort of sports training and these where worst then the first group due to them being noisy. Also at meal times due to the limited number of tables and chairs if you are half an hours after the start time you don’t get a seat inside especially at breakfast as people are queuing before 8am. No one should reserve sun beds but they do.So all in all we wouldn’t go back to this accommodation and would go somewhere run a bit better.

The place is very clean, plenty of sunbeds throughout the day. Food was ok we found something everyday, not alot of choice but still a variety. Hotel staff couldn’t do enough for us very relaxing holiday.

Stayed here for 5 nights last week. Nice family run hotel, our room was like a small apartment but was very comfortable only thing was no kettle to make coffee in the morning. There is two pools at this hotel one quite one by reception and the main one was lovely with a pool bar no entertainment round it while we Was there. (Maybe out of season) Entertainment was quite poor only one singer twice while there and we are not young late 30s but was a bit of a Yawn. Food was tasty to us not a massive variety but enough to get fed,drinks wasn’t to bad your only allowed to take 2 cups up, if you are a family of four you’d have to que twice. Nice spar shop on site. Area is out of the way about 7 euro to the main town playa del Ingles and the dunes but was nice being out of the hustle and bustle.Holiday world and a lovely park for the kids 2 mins away.There is a kids club on site but wasn’t open while we was there. This hotel is more for the older generations and couples on holiday not a lot for families really. Because we was with our son 7 years old we could not return to this hotel with him but if me and the wife came on our own then we’d consider it. We definitely love Gran Canaria though.

I didn't expect much after reading some of the reviews, but this place was ideal for what I needed, which was a 'base'. Yes, the food isn't that nice, but it was edible. Yes, there isn't any entertainment, but we went out for that. There is only 1 bar, but you are served quickly enough, and the staff are nice. What I liked about this place was the relaxed atmosphere. The beds were also comfortable. I liked the set-up of the apartment too, although I'm glad I took my own kettle. There is a lack of ashtrays unfortunately, and I didn't appreciate having to leave my passport behind the reception desk on check-in. Only a half hour walk from the Yumbo centre, although there are plenty of buses available, and there is a free bus to the beach twice daily. I have booked to come again next year!
