The home is steps from the water, and a small private beach for you to enjoy. The location is great for a family vacation, couples getaway or romantic retreat. You will be minutes from South Cape Beach, New Seabury and the Mashpee Commons. Relax on the large front porch that offers a fire pit and views of the water on either side. Stay with us on your next vacation!~The Space~Our year round cottage has all the amenities for a comfortable stay. It is set on a quiet private road. The large front deck offers room for everyone, and fantastic views of the water! On the front deck you will find seating for your whole group with a fire pit to keep you warm at night. About 500 feet from the front of the house, at the end of the street, you will find a small private beach for you to use. Bring a beach chair for a day in the sun, or enjoy an amazing sunset over Waquiot Bay at night. In the partially fenced in back yard, you will find a BBQ grill and table to enjoy a meal outside on those warm summer days.This newly furnished cottage has a comfortable open floor plan featuring high vaulted ceilings. The full kitchen includes all the utensils and appliances for cooking a delicious meal. The living room includes a large sectional couch for watching TV or conversing with the family. The 55 inch smart HD TV has Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon built in for your convenience. The master bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed and a 32 inch flat screen TV. Also, enjoy views and access to the back yard through the large slider. The second bedroom also includes a queen size bed with large closet for storage. The third bedroom is equipped with two twin beds and a closet as well. The bathroom has a full shower, including a tub, and a washer and dryer for your use.~Guest Access~The entire home plus all amenities are included in this rental. There will be a welcome binder provided when you arrive that will include my recommendations on where to eat, activities, and other information about the area.~The Neighborhood~The cottage is located on the wildlife sanctuary that is Monomoscoy Island. Once across the causeway the cottage is located on a small private street. At the end of the street you will find a small picturesque beach. The island is 1 and1/2 miles long, making it great for a walk or a bike ride where you can take in the views of wildlife and beautiful homes. South Cape Beach(3.5 miles), Mashpee Commons(2.5 miles), New Seabury(2 miles), and Popponessett Market Place are just a few places that are a short drive from the home. Falmouth center(15 minutes) and ferries to Martha’s Vineyard are also located close by.~Getting Around~The cottage includes parking for 2 cars as you will need to drive most places. Uber and Lyft are also good inexpensive options. There are a few taxi companies that service the area as well. This beautiful contemporary home has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with ac. The house is set back from the street and is located on a quiet cul de sac in the exclusive Little Neck Bay section of New Seabury on beautiful Cape Cod. South Cape Beach State Park is one mile from the house making it a quick drive or a nice walk. The house which has approximately 2321 sq ft has a fenced in backyard and has conservation area behind the house so the back yard feels bigger! The master bedroom with its temperpedic king size mattress is located on the first floor. The master bedroom has a big sliding door to the deck. The bedroom has a flat screen TV, ceiling fan and sitting area. The second bedroom on the first floor is twin bedroom. The washer and dryer is located near the bedrooms. Two bathrooms on the first floor offer Jacuzzi tubs. On the second floor are two additional bedrooms, one bedroom with a queen size bed and TV and the second bedroom with two double beds as well as a bathroom. All bedrooms have fans for added comfort. The living area consists of a large living room with flat screen TV overlooking the back yard and the 1000 ft. deck. Modern Italian contemporary furniture and Stressless chairs along with a card table completes the living room. A little computer station with Wi-Fi is available for your use. There is also a wet bar. The kitchen has all the amenities you will need for your stay here! It is fully complete with a Jenn Air range, microwave, compactor, microwave, refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, disposal and every gadget that you might need. The kitchen also has a small flat screen TV and wine refrigerator! The massive kitchen table made of avonite seats 8 comfortably. The deck has many chairs and tables including 5 chaises, a table and umbrella and a Broilmaster grill made of cast iron. This private waterfront home can host up to twelve and consists of five bedrooms (three king beds, six twin beds), with water views. In addition, the home boasts two kitchen areas, two living areas, three full bathrooms, and private decks with outdoor seating. Enjoy the peaceful private setting on the decks overlooking the pool and water, swim in the heated seasonal pool, kayak in the bay or to the beach (two kayaks provided), or simply enjoy a good book on the private dock overlooking the water. The home is situated in the private and quiet community of New Seabury. Enjoy all the amenities of the area - the home is just over 1.5 miles to the quaint Popponesset Marketplace (offering shops, food, ice cream and mini golf), a 5 minute drive to Mashpee Commons (offering shopping, grocery stores, restaurants and entertainment), and if you don't want to boat to the beach, the beach is approximately 5 minutes by car.
