리야드 로스라(Riad Losra)

Can't fault this one at all. Staff were excellent, printed our boarding passes for going home, brought tea and biscuits to our room on first night and were there if you needed any help with directions, etc. Liked to show interest in where you had been as well. The rooftop is excellent as well as the rooms. Would definitely recommend.

The most beautiful place I have ever stayed. The furniture, decoration, architecture and rooms are absolutely breathtaking. The staff was incredible. So sweet, helpful and welcoming. The breakfast that was included was great. 1000% will be returning and I could not recommend it more if I tried. If you come to Marrakech STAY AT RIAD LOSRA!!! AMAZING 1000/10!!!!!!!!

Stayed in Riad Lorsa for a couple of nights to get a first impression of Marrakesh. This turned out to have been a great choice. Located in a lively neighbourhood yet very quiet at night. Very friendly welcome. Staff were very attentive and took great care in making our stay as comfortable as possible. Room and facilities as shown on photos. Breakfast very copious and delicious. Wanted to book a few nights to finish off our Tour of Morocco - unfortunately for us Riad Lorsa was already fully booked. Conclusion: Only to be recommended

A fantastic authentic riad. We stayed for 4 nights- the service and cleanliness of could not be faulted. 20 mins from the thick of it which was a great way to see parts of the medina which would otherwise be missed. A great feel to the place and nothing was to much for our host. Thank you so much!

Everything was very nice.The location was easy but the staff member was waiting for us as soon as we got off of the taxi to help us. Breakfast was delicious and the rooms was clean. Ali, Imad and Farid couldn't be more helpful with everything. We will definitely be back 🍀🌴

Riad Losra is a welcoming oasis. The staff are warm and helpful. The location is great. You are in the medina but in a quieter and less touristy area.

Situated in a quiet area of Medina, this a perfect place to stay to have both a genuine experience of the city and be away from the chaos of central area. Staff extremely kind, helpful and ready to enhance the experience. Great breakfast. Thanks to everyone

I couldn’t stay at the hotel because I felt unsafe due to the location and the hotel itself lacked basic facilities. Their was no lift and the stairs are not easy to climb or descend. The rooms were not appealing

Imad at the front desk was really great at making us feel welcome. He put in lot of extra effort to give us tea, make us breakfast and to be available for us whenever we had a question. We met the owner on one occasion and he made sure that breakfast was ready for us early when we had to leave for a 6am flight. They go out of their way to make sure that you have everything you need to have a great experience. The room that we got was nice and clean and a definite step up from the Riad we stayed at at the very beginning of our trip. Especially the bathroom was quite nice. The only downside is the Riad is on the outside of the city centre. That said, it was nice to be in the local neighborhoods and experience Marrakech as the locals do. Overall, we really liked the price and customer service of this Riad. It was the best experience we had with riads and hotels in the area (even compared to the 5 star hotel we stayed at ). In essence, they have all you need: a clean room, nice bathroom, air conditioning, great wifi, great breakfast and a nice staff. They truly lead with their hearts here and it shows.
