리아드 엘로이즈(Riad Eloise)

Riad INCROYABLE Calme, très bien placé (tous les services sont à proximité), la très grande partie des visites sont accessibles à pied. Intérieur très jolie et très bien décoré, tout est propre et très bien entretenue. La terrasse est cocooning et instagramable avec une superbe vue sur la ville. Le petit déjeuné est très bon et mashallah on mange très bien! :) L’accueil est chaleureux, toute l’équipe du Riad est adorable. PS: mention particulière à Abdel, notre soleil de Marrackech Inshallah on revient bientôt

Very Good

Beautifully decorated and clean. Bedding and towels and room tidied daily. We loved the little rooftop it was so chilled. Staff seemed really nice , but hard to understand our English (but this was everywhere in Morocco) There's a coach/mini bus/taxi area for pickup a 3 minute walk from Eloise too & taxis are so cheap. If you ask people for help with ANYTHING they expect to be payed. This is the only downside, the area, we got harassed and followed for money to and from getting away from that area, by a few kids but mostly adults, some very very rude! We never really have cash as we use our Monzo on holidays, but they didn't quite understand we have no cash and just continued to follow & ask but you get used to it in the end! It's good job I'm streetwise, and was with my boyfriend! It would be nice to have a key as we stood outside a few times waiting for doors to open but once inside this lovely Riad it's safe & gives a warm welcomed vibe. I would definitely return here.

This is a wonderful riad with kind, attentive and generous staff and owners. It’s location in the media is good- not the overwhelming part but accessible to all. Would defiantly come back! Thanks Riad Eloise!

We have just returned from 5 nights in Riad Eloise(with taxis to and from the airport arranged by Alain and the(reasonable) cost added to the final bill.) We also arranged museum visits and day trips through the Riad which made things very straightforward. The Riad is decorated beautifully and is spotlessly clean and it became our second home during our stay. Abdel made us very welcome (as Alain was away at first) and gave us recommendations of what to see and where to eat...and we had 2 dinners in the Riad after busy days of sightseeing. The cooking was superb with subtle spicing and ,at 25 euros for a 3 course meal, very reasonable. The breakfasts on the balcony were delightful each day ,with fresh Moroccan cakes and pancakes, yogurt, fresh fruit and juice etc We really can't say enough to recommend the place. It absolutely MADE our holiday. Thanks to ALL the staff who helped create such a calm oasis for all 4 of us amidst the wonderful bustle of Marrakech.

The Riad is a diamond find which was made extra special because of the kindness and help we received from Abdel. He went out of his way to help us and make our stay in Marrakech enjoyable. The decor in the Riad is beautiful and all the staff are polite and friendly. The authentic breakfast was delicious and Abdel even got up early to prepare breakfast when we had to leave early for our flight. Everyone needs an Abdel in their life. Thanks Heidi & Si

Small Riad, decorated in traditional style in the Medina. Room was comfortable and well appointed. Good Morrocan breakfast of fresh bread, pancakes, fruit yogurt fruit juice and coffee. The staff were fantastic particularly Abdel, who in charge for our stay. Extremely helpful and made all the arrangements we needed. Do use the Riad to arrange airport transfer, it was competively priced and without it the Riad like most addresses in the Medina would be very difficult to find the first time.

I hesitate to give Riad Eloise a great review - only because I don’t want it to be fully booked next time I want to visit! Lovely traditional riad, with superb hosts. I felt like I was staying in their house as a guest rather than a paying customer, Alain was so helpful on my arrival, showing me the best places to visit, good restaurants etc. Then throughout the stay I’d enjoy some banter with him. The accommodation made the trip for me - thank you so much for your hospitality.
