Riad Fabiola Et Spa by la Siredrah

We stayed at the Riad Fabiola for about a week and really enjoyed it. Rooms were clean and well presented, staff were very friendly and helpful and the evening meal was really good. Downstairs has relaxing seating areas so get out of the sun or you can sit on the roof terrace to enjoy the weather. We would go back.

Having just come from another Riad we were really disappointed with our stay at Fabiola et spa and wouldn’t really recommend it. A number of things resulted in us asking to check out and pay our bill early; firstly there was a foul smell coming from our room (first room on left when you go up to first floor), secondly there was a lot of late, loud noise until 1am, thirdly whilst the staff were lovely to us at first they were slow e.g. when we arrived they offered us tea but it never turned up whilst we waited around. Lastly, the WIFI was bad and only worked downstairs which made it difficult for us to plan our days, but this was less of a concern to us. In order to check out after one night we were told we had to pay for the full three days stay rather than just the one night we had stayed, so we ended up negotiating and getting offered a new room on the second level. We would of preferred to find a new Riad as we already knew from experience there was much better out there and much closer to town. In fairness, the new room was more spacious but we still experienced the same horrible smell (although less) - we think it comes from their air-con units. The room was also noisy with neighbours music etc playing until late. After all of this the female staff were still kind but we had clearly upset the male member of staff who went from being very friendly to cold and rude, of course making the rest of the stay uncomfortable.

Un riad magnifique ou règne le calme et la sérénité un personnel adorable que je remercie . Qu ils me pardonnent pour les fautes d orthographe sur leur nom Shaina cuisine des tajines délicieuses elle prépare aussi d excellents petits déjeuners. Nizha gère d une main de maître les chambres Rachida gère l accueil sans oublier Zaccharia qui nous a donné de bons conseils. Un grand merci à tous, nous reviendrons.

Riad molto carino che dispone di Wi-Fi in tutta la struttura, nonché di un hammam spa .Per motivi organizzativi del nostro tour abbiamo dormito solo una notte senza poter usufruire della colazione . Ma la bella camera e sopratutto la gentilezza e la grande disponibilità' del gestore ci portano a consigliare questa sistemazione che gode di una tranquilla posizione nel pieno centro di Marrakesh,

SERVICIO DE LAS CHICAS INCREÍBLE. Desayuno horrible. Solo comes pan y mantequilla. Zumo y café con agua básicamente estaba asqueroso. El chico de la recepción solo quería cobrarnos en efectivo y nos dijo que el datáfono no funcionaba cuando era mentira porque le hice probarlo aún el diciéndome que no funcionaba.

Riad bellissimo, in pieno stile marocchino e a due passi dai souk di Marrakesh. La terrazza offre una vista sulla città davvero rilassante. Si mangia divinamente, colazione davvero ricca e la cuoca gentilissima, vi sembrerà di essere a casa. Tutti davvero disponibili, noi l’ultimo giorno dovevamo partire prima dell’orario di apertura per la colazione e ci hanno dato delle cose al sacco da mangiare nel tragitto. Ci tornerò sicuramente!

Situé dans un quartier de Marrakech très animé, ce beau riad propose de belles chambres. Pour notre part nous avons eu une grande chambre au dernier étages avec beaucoup de charme. L'accueil est très sympathique, le personnel au petit soin. Le riad dispose d'un spa. Nous avons effectué un hammam et massage tonique et revigorant, à conseiller. Propose des excursions. Repas et petit déjeuner super. Remerciement à tout le personnel. Nous vous le conseillons.

Posto improponibile, stanza squallida. Piccola al terzo piano.il lavandino del bagno otturato con finestra senza vetro e con scuri non chiudibile del tutto...danno sulle scale.la stanza talmente piccola da togliere il fiato la pulizia è superficiale la finta finestra sotto il condizionatore è un armadio piccolo e polveroso con le ante aperte non si passa..il proprietario alle 6.30 oltre a non darci neanche un caffè (avevamo la colazione compresa) si era dimenticato di noi e siamo dovuti andare a cercarlo per farci aprire

Séjour magique entre ami.e.s pour fêter l'anniversaire de mon chéri ! Le personnel a été aux petits soins pour nous. L'emplacement est top, très proche de la place et des souks. Quand je lis certains commentaires, j'hallucine... quand on voyage, on s'adapte au pays ! Pas étonnant qu'on passe pour des râleurs ! Les marocains et marocaines sont d'une gentillesse incroyable dont certain.e.s français.e.s devraient s'inspirer ! Pas de carte, pas de prix fixe, il faut toujours négocier et ça fait parti du folklore. Soyez souriant et aimable et on vous le rendra bien !
