We were given the room on the roof terrace. To get there it was a very steep climb up two lots of very narrow stone steps. The room was a small add on structure with zero privacy, cluttered with mis-matched furniture. We experienced intermittent electricity, air conditioning and hot water and NO WiFi connection! There was no door to the bathroom. We had to walk through business laundry to get to our room. The breakfast was very poor and unavailable when we needed before 08.15 am! There was no swimming pool. No bar area. The Riad was not in a nice area and was difficult to find. The Manager was confrontational when approached with complaints. It was without doubt the worst place we have ever stayed in!!

We had a wonderful stay. The staff was so helpful, welcoming and very friendly. The cook is excellent and even cooked what we wanted to eat. I was a bit concerned about eating without people around but in fact after long days visiting, it was very relaxing. We ate at other little places near the riad but the food wasn't as good. The rooms are very comfortable and very clean. The terrace is lovely. I only have positive feedback and I can't think of a but...!

Very friendly staff. All O.K. Hot water, internet, air condition, good room and brilliant breakfast. No TV in the room, but this is maybe better. Next to the big market, very safe place and close to restaurants so you can walk next to after dinner. After one day you can find it not so difficult -it is old town labirint. Nice rooftop terrace with chillout place. And again nice people wich is best of all. Thank you!

We visited this hotel in November 2022, unfortunately we forgot to review it! The hotel was so lovely, scenic, clean, and had a fantastic ambience. The rooftop terrace was so nice to relax in as well. I must also mention that the location of the hotel was fantastic! Everything was within walking distance. The breakfast, dinner and tea was very delicious and refreshing. The staff were all so lovely but Khalid was extremely helpful and polite and always had a smile on his face. We would definitely come back!

V welcoming and helpful staff. Ate 1 evening meal and 1 lunch in addition to the breakfast. Food was lovely and fresh and served quickly. Our room was on the v top floor by the sun loungers so great to watch sunrises and sunsets as well as chilling after hot tiring walks around the souks

Worth the trip. I arrived early hungry asked for a salad got it so i could wait until diner time. Room very spatious with warm water and a good stream!!!!! clean perfect. Only unstable electricity impcted charging my phone. Room i got was directly on the patio on the groundfloor which means that the noise of guests dining was impossible to avoid. THis said Riad nicely decorated, people smiling and helpful my best hotel from my whole trip of 15 days in Morocco. Can only reocmmend it really worth it!!!!

The hostess was very accommodating, and gave lots of useful advice. The room was absolutely spotless. Tucked away in a tiny side street on the edge of the Medina, the Riad Jardin des Rêves is a tiny oasis of tranquility against the hustle and bustle of Marrakech. We’ll certainly be staying here again. The only critique is that the Wi-Fi is a little haphazard, and doesn’t reach all the rooms.

I stayed here for a week and I absolutely enjoyed my stay here. The owner was so attentive and she ensured I wasn't taken advantage of as an American tourist. I will be returning with my son and staying here.
