A fantastic experience. We stayed for 4 nights, and were taken care of as if we were family. The Riad itself is wonderful; well positioned for access to the centre, and to the other sights around the city. An atmospheric oasis of calm. The food was among the best we experienced (thank you to the beautiful chef!) and the rooms were clean, comfortable, and gave us a restful night's sleep. The most important factor by far is the staff team - they were simply fantastic, we were sad to leave them! I do hope the owners appreciate just how lucky they are to have such a talented and welcoming team. An wonderful, unforgettable stay. Thank you from the Grant family

Very helpful and nice owners/personell. Helped us in many ways, specially arranged meals when we wanted, explaining where to go, ordering taxis etc.etc. We did not use any SPA. Some of the rooms are small and with queen beds and only one thin blanket to shear - ask for extras. Some of the rooms are noisy from traffic outside. The hotel can feel cramped regarding its small spaces.

I attended a Congress and the location was perfect. Best attention from Kareem and Tarek! In general from all the staff. Always ready to help and always with a smile, even during the worst moments. I had the luck (bad or good?) to be there during the recent earthquake. The staff was ready to help in every time. Offered us tea and cookies and tried always to cheer us up. The hotel suffered minor damages that for sure will be soon repaired. If I come back, this will be my first option.

Very comfortable stay, wish we could've stayed longer. The staff make your meals fresh with ingrediesnts from the local markets. All the staff were extremley accomodating and very helpful.You are greeted with tea and a lot of info about the local area if need be, as soon as you check -in. The decor was beautiful and very traditional, a very calming atmosphere as soon as you step through the doors. All in all an amazing stay

Par quoi commencer. Joli Riad éloigné du bruit de la place djema el fna (20mn à pied) mais dans la médina petite kasbah (plusieurs restos proches même si le Riad fait aussi restauration, ils nous ont d’ailleurs servi un repas qui n’était pas prévu en dernière minute et c’était excellent) L’endroit est très joli accueillant et très propre. Chambre spacieuse et confortable, lit au top nous avons bien dormi. Le petit dej était copieux (peut être proposer plus de sale) Mention excellent pour le personnel. Tres tres sympathique, attentionné envers les clients, toujours aux petits soins, on se sent comme a la,maison en famille ou entre amis de longue date. Nous avons adoré leur compagnie et les discussions . Je remercie tout le,monde mais je ne me rappelle plus tous les prénoms , désolée. Merci aussi à Hanane la manager adorable intéressante à discuter et prévenante ainsi qu’à. houssain qui est adorable gentil serviable et d’une discrétion absolue (je dis cela car nous avions la chambre près de la cuisine et jamais il n’a fait de bruit pour ne pas nous gêner (même pas un bruit de tasse lol) il nous a même préparé des petits dej parfois un peu avant l’heure lorsque nous avions des excursions tôt le matin. Merci Bassin pour se rafraîchir au besoin, soins massage….. En résumé séjour parfait en tous points nous avons passé 6 jours parfaits Merci à tous pour votre gentillesse On vous fait de gros bisous. Sissi et Philipe et les chats Savanah Angel et Trésor N'a pas aimé · Peut être suggérer aux propriétaires de garder le système de veilleur de nuit pour contrôler les entrées , arrivées tardives, et veiller à ce que tout soit calme le soir mais d’instaurer une clé ou boîte à code car le marteau de la porte ou la sonnette résonnent beaucoup’la nuit lorsque des gens font le fête à l’extérieur et rentrent tard , cela serait plus confortable pour tout le monde et éviterait de réveiller les gens qui dorment merci à Sandrine et Sacha de considérer ce point important
