Me and my wife stayed here for a week in June and had an absolutely amazing time! The location is good and close the buzzing suks of the medina, but still quiet and relaxing. The room we had was nice and with good aircondition! The rooms are also clean. The staff were truly amazing and always ready to help us with anything we needed. Breakfast and dinner at the riad was also very good!

We had an amazing relaxing at the Road! We could take our extensive breakfast at the rooftop in the sun, which gave the ultimate experience. The room was really clean with amazing service overall. We enjoyed the spa as well at the Riad which was super relaxing

The raid was a really nice place to come back to at the end of the day. Breakfast was not the best. There were a couple of days were we didn’t have breakfast as there was no consistency. Overall, the raid was nice but not really worth the money we paid for a privilege room.

Rooms are clean and very nice. Staff is very friendly. Breakfast is nice and included. Fantastic location in a quiet street right off of the main tourist section of Marrakesh. They have a nice rooftop terrace. There is a small pool in the courtyard which is unusual for a riad. There was a bar and jacuzzi on the terrace which I believe was damaged during the earthquake but they are repairing it.

Just had a three night amazing stay in this beautiful, cosy Riad. Excellent from the very start to the finish. Very clean and beautiful rooms, great breakfast! but most impressive was the incredible level of service from the manager and his team. We also had a traditional hot scrub in their ham-am which was incredible! Cannot recommend this place enough. Also close to all the markets and restaurants so location is perfect too. An absolute bargain for the price! See you again next time.

I stayed at here for 1 week in July in a very spacious room on the first floor overlooking the comfortable and picturesque courtyard. Room - very good Air con, strong Wi-Fi, smart TV. Treatments - had a hanmam and massage in the treatment rooms both were very good after a day of exploring the medina. Location - perfect - 5 minutes walk and you are in the main square and practically neighbours with the Bahia Palace Staff - excellent Hussain and Hisham can organise everything for you, trips, walking guides, restaurant bookings. This team live and breath Marrakech I had a very good time at Riad Flam and would recommend it to anyone.
