Amazing place! Authentic, eye pleasing and very clean. Walking distance from touristy places. Staff is super friendly, easy check in/ check out. Will definitely return!

My partner and I each chose the Hamman treatment followed by a 1hr fabulous massage. From start to finish we were treated with such respect and kindness. The Hamman was pretty tough to start with but once we relaxed into it we began to enjoy seeing our dead skin being *****ped from our bodies - gross I know!! Our skin 6 days later is still silky smooth and feels wonderful.

I highly recommend this Riad. The staff were incredibly welcoming and service was 5 star. Impeccably clean and the beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was sublime.

Riad Wazani is perfectly located in a quiet street but close to the main square in central Marrakesh. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the breakfast on the roof terrace was delicious, with dietary requirements dealt with easily. The staff were welcoming and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Would highly recommend.

The whole team work together to make your stay as enjoyable as possible . Everybody is friendly and nothing is too much trouble ! The Rhiad is centrally placed with easy access to the vibrant main square providing access to the souks , restaurants and bars The accommodation is clean and comfortable

Great staff, very clean and beautiful decoration. Great breakfast, typical moroccan but any requests are no problem. Great location. Hammam is very good as well! Staff is very friendly and helpfull and the riad smells wonderfull.

On a essayé de réserver des chambres pour un groupe: impossible d'avoir le service réservation au téléphone. Les seuls échanges acceptés sont par mails. Impossible de réserver sur leur site. Il a fallu envoyer de nombreux mails et relancer. Ils nous ont envoyé une proposition financière plus chère que leur prix sur internet car comme souhaitait réserver toutes les chambres, ils considèrent que c'est une privatisation et donc le prix est selon eux plus élevé et impossible de discuter car ils ne nous prennent pas au téléphone. Donc c'est moins cher de réserver une chambre que d'en réserver plusieurs: cela manque fortement de bon sens. Franchement, ils sont à éviter: il y a une multitude de riads à Marrakech avec des gens courtois et chaleureux. Si à la réservation, c'est déjà compliqué, il vaut mieux éviter ce type d'endroit incapable de prendre des clients au téléphone ou de faire une réservation. A l'attention du propriétaire: engagez une équipe de gens compétents, et ayez un peu plus le sens du service et de l'hospitalité ! Heureusement que grâce à internet on peut laisser nos avis et je ne peux que dissuader les gens de tenter de réserver là-bas.

Le Riad est Très bien, Très joli et propre !! Le Personnel est très agréable Par contre il y a Beaucoup de bruit le matin à partir de 6/7h Le Riad ne fait que le petit déjeuner mais cela ne nous a pas dérangé Il y a un restaurant juste en face qui est vraiment très chouette
