The whole staff was really friendly and kind, especially Hakan. Food was fresh and tasty. Rooms are very comfortable with nice design. The beach is so close to the hotel and you are provided with sunbeds which are new and comfortable. We highly recommend this hotel. We will definitely come back.

It’s been a good trip for me and my family. Meals don’t offer you high diversity but they are good enough. The housekeeping service is provided every other day. That might be the only deficit. To sum up all things I’ve just mentioned, I can say that it’s an appropriate location in Marmaris. Thank you Unique Class Beach!

I’ve never experienced anything like this in 25 years of 3 star all inclusive holidays. On arrival we were told ‘no rooms’ and put in what felt like a dungeon! The hotel is filthy. The pool is full of black scum, unused and not cleaned. The food is diar and not for brits. A holiday from hell food is not for English coffee machine always broken cold water machine is always warm cold always cold and look like prison food rooms are falling apart and dirty bar a joke stop serving at 22.00 hours one pump for beer that’s flat two spirts vodka or gin swimming pool is dirty my dogs bath water is cleared , bar staff are friendly but hacken a waiter be friends couples etc and then talking them to write good trip advicer reports with fooled us to book the pictures are not like on site hacken tried to get my friend to write a false report on trip advisor please please please believe my review I don’t want anyone to go thou what we did pls pls take this advice also we had to hold shower to wash ac didn’t work.

If you are looking for basic hotel, this is the one. Don't choose the Wizz flight, they are a rip off and very disorganize. people working at the hotel were friendly and helpful specially the reception for bar guys they were ok, try to be funny but well they do their best. Room was cleaned every other day but for cleaners, They don't do a good job, broken conditioner top was there to the last day, towels were changed once asked. Room was well airconditioned and pretty descent size, at 1st we were given a room with a double bed which they changed at our request, it was actually a single room with a small double bed that they tried to give to couples, very small, hardly any room to walk around the bed. Food was ok, breakfast was the same every morning and I had to ask for fried eggs which was normally only boiled eggs available, not so much of a variety on anything, egg, bread...;Coffee was awful. lunch and dinners were also ok to fill your hunger but not so great as for desert every day the same thing. There was no bar on the beach so for your drink one needs to go to hotel bar, *Take your towel as hotel doesn't provide beach towels*. Hotel itself is at the end of the Island quite near to Icmelar, cost you 20TL to go to town if you want to. One good thing about it was we were away from other hotel's noisy nights. The swimming pool was 2 bath tub stuck together, very small. If you are looking for excursion go to town, it is much cheaper. For the price I paid I can't complain much but for 3 star hotel they could be better.

Lezzetli pideleri ve pizzaları için Beşir ustaya çok teşekkür ediyoruz. Öyle ki funghi pizzayı Beşir usta kadar lezzetli yapabilen bir yer görmedik diye kendi aramızda da konuştuk. .Personelin güler yüzlülüğü takdire şayan, Tur*** ve Diren’in yardımseverliği ve güler yüzü ile tüm olumsuzlukları olumluya çevirmeleri ile çok rahat ettik. Bizlere meyvenin en güzellerini içinden gelerek ikram eden ve odamızda yaşadığımız olumsuzluklara hemen müdahale eden Naim usta, güleryüzün ve içtenliğin için çok teşekkür ederiz. Fiyat-performans anlamında otelin geneli ***et iyi, odalar rahat ve kompakt şekilde tasarlanmış. Denizi harika. İlk günlerde yaşadığımız şezlong sorununu da Ersin arkadaşımızın g***eti sayesinde çözdük. Herkese çok teşekkürler, sayenizde çok güzel bir tatil geçirdik 🙏🌺

The hotel itself was very pretty! We have a stunning room with a jacuzzi bath with spectacular views. The staff at the restaurant and bar was very helpful and always went above and beyond to provide a good service. The start of the trips we had minimal complaints except the food could be better. Towards the end of the trip we spilled a drink in our room and used a towel to clean it as cleaning staff do not come clean the rooms regularly. Following this I was approached by the reception team who wanted to charge us for the towel as it had juice stains on it. Advised that I will talk later as we was busy at the time. The next day reception staff approached us again regarding the towel post midnight and we had just come back from being out the in town. My friend was having a panic attack due to unrelated issues and we were apparently looking very distressed and in a rush. I responded not right now we’re going through something. No empathy shown no questions to ask if we were okay. The next day we finally came around to speaking about the problem issues arised when I looked at the towel it was apparent that the staff had not attempted to clean it. If the towel had been attempted I would not have had any problems making the payment and this was explained to reception. Reception didn't address this point and carried on requesting the 5 euro charge. Towel itself didn't cost 5 euros as it was cheap quality and a small hand towel. Money was never the issue however I believe the hotel staff (cleaners and reception) did not manage this issue in a correct and ethical manner. Cleaners were too lazy to clean the towels and decided that they didn't want to. Be aware of this additional charges and leave stains for staff to clean if you choose to go with this hotel.

Arkadaşımın tavsiyesi ile ilk defa geldiğim bir otel.Fiyatının uygun olması nedeni ile aslında çok beklentim yoktu.Ama otele girdiğimiz ilk günden beri çok memnun kaldık.Öncelikle sizi otel müdürü Özgür bey ***et güleryüzle samimiyetle karşıladı.saat gözetmeksizin hemen odamıza yerleştirdiler.her sene başka bir otelde konaklarız.Burdaki personelin güleryüzü saygısı terbiyesi ile karşılaşmadım .restorantt şefi Hakan bey herkese tektek hergün isteğini sorup güleryüzle karşılar.50 derece sıcakta bunu nasıl başarıyorlar şaşırıyorum.Odalar çok temiz.yemekler çok iyi .personel şahane!!! Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim.
