Very good hotel but so crowded on holidays, don't expect to get good service.

非常可以的 吃的東西很多，樓上樓下很方便，游泳池很大，晚上有表演可以看看，出門就是海邊，晚上吃完飯，可以去散散步很舒服

Lovely hotel, very friendly staff, spacious clean room, great views. Everyone is very welcoming and can’t do enough for you. But WiFi can be better. Need pooltable around adult pool aswell. Would definitely come back. Entertainment was good but there was a guy in there he made our holiday 10x better thanks to Mufasa and his sister Katarina. Best show was fresno and we loved raffle thanks for everything

Just back from a 2 week stay with our family of 6 really nice hotel and rooms are great staff were all lovely everything was clean food was fine but repetitive just like every all inclusive the pool was amazing and the entertainment was great! The kids club was the best i have seen and the staff working there were amazing big shout out to Libby and Betty they were my boy’s favourites but they were all brilliant! Entertainment was really good and all the entertainment team involved us and the kids at all times shoutout to mustafa him and his team are great at what they do! Alcohol was brilliant and not watered down. The onsite Spa and gym is AMAZING and worth every penny Ian who will sell you a massage package is so helpful and will Taylor a package for you for me it was a sports massage for my wife it was a relaxation massage he was brilliant so big shout out to Ian The onsite hairdresser is very expensive and i found the guy to be VERY pushy we got much better deals out and about for haircuts ect. My only complaint would be it was VERY busy and the queueing every evening for dinner was a nightmare by the time you had got your food all back to the table it was no longer hot i just felt i had barely had a hot meal in the evenings due to this but that is my only moan other than that it was perfect thanks to all the staff for maintaining my family holiday so special i would highly recommend this hotel to anyone!

This is a nice hotel which could be much better with just a few minor changes which I will explain later. The GND is in a good location right on the beach and only around a five minute bus ride to the harbour, Grand Bazar castle etc. Nearby, there are a number of shops including a supermarket right across the road. Hotel is clean, very big with lots of nice areas including a large pool with plenty of loungers. Food is generally good with plenty of choice. Two outside BBQ areas were excellent. Now for the not so good which as I mentioned are minor. Room. OK except there's not enough light, wife found it hard to see when getting ready. Not enough hangers, some were even broken and should be replaced (room 2107) shower door can only be opened partially as it strikes the towel holder behind, and doesn't close fully, no way to fill the sink with water. The entertainment team only approached those nearest to the pool, and didn't bother with those like us further at the back. I've always taken part in activities in all other hotels, but not once here. Service was hit and miss The real disappointment was the reception. When checking out as I handed the back the room keys all I got from the receptionist were the words " That's it" said with a sullen face, nothing like "how was your holiday, was everything OK" etc. Which is the first time I have experienced this in this class of hotel, in fact during our entire stay, not once did anyone ask us anything, didn't see any management at all. When I mentioned these things, and the few minor things in the room, all I got was "you should have told us and we could have fixed it". No real understanding, apology or desire to rectify the situation. In conclusion. it's a good hotel, a 7 out of 10 for almost everything, nothing bad, nothing great.

It was fab we come for two week we have fun with entertainment in the pub foods is tasty nice drink happy staff and very clean rooms perfect hotel ever
