Все хорошо , кто любит полежать позагорать покушать и меньше активности самое то , хотя можно вечером с аниматорами сходить на дискотеку , спасибо им . Каждый вечер на сцене шоу тоже не плохо . Спасибо хорошо отдохнул

Nisan ayının ikinci yarısında otelde 3 günlük konaklama yaptık. Otel genel olarak yabancı, orta yaş ve üzeri turist ağırlıklıydı. Otelin konsepti herşey dahil şeklindeydi. Odamız ve otelin genel kullanım alanları ***et temizdi. Rahatsızlık yaşatabilecek birşey olmadı. Hatta kendi kendimize yaşattığımız talihsiz bir olay sonrası yatağımızın tüm örtüleri değiştirildi. Hijyen konusunda sorun yaşamadık. Yemekler genel manada iyiydi. Çeşit konusunda şu da olsaydı diyebileceğimiz birşey olmadı. Lezzet olarak da otel yemeklerine göre iyiydi. Havuzda ve lobide ayrı barlar vardı. Lobideki bar 24 saat açık. Barlardaki ürün çeşitliliği de bize göre makul ve yeterliydi. Chivas, jack, red label, smirnof, olmeca, yeni rakı, tekirdağ rakı gibi markaların başlangıç serilerinin hepsi vardı. Otel denize sıfır konumdaydı. Açık ve ısıtmasız bir havuzu vardı. Havuz başında şezlong bulmak biraz zordu. Denize sıfır ve kendisine ait olan ve servis yapılan iskelesi vardı. Plajı dardı ve denizi biraz bataklık tarzındaydı. Denizini sevmedik. Çalışanların hepsi son derece özveriliydi. Animasyonda Hakan, Anastasya, Lira, restoran kısmında Bektaş şef, havuz barda Coşkun başta olmak üzere çalışanlar genel olarak hepsi işini en iyi şekilde yapmaya çalışıyorlardı. Bir dediğimiz iki edilmedi. Üzülerek döndük. Birdaha gitmek isteyeceğimiz yerler arasında.

Genel olarak memnunuz, özellikle hizmet kısmında sahilde bize yardımcı olan Vehbi Bey, bina içindeki barda sürekli güler yüzle bize yardımcı olan Simge Hanım, yemekleri sorabildiğimiz Bektaş Şef bizlere güzel tatil geçirmemiz için çalıştılar. Yine barda Ferhat Bey güzel kokteyller hazırladı.

This was my first trip to Turkey and I will definitely go back - hopefully to Casa de Maris! It is a great hotel and really well presented. All the staff couldn’t be more friendly and helpful. The service at Casa de Maris is the best I’ve received. A specific mention needs to go to Enes who works in the Snack Bar - he works really hard but is always very welcoming and has a smile on his face! He even remembered my husband’s daily order after a few days haha - we really appreciated that. Also to the lady (I’m so sorry not to catch her name) who cleaned our room everyday - she was very friendly and did a great job. Both of the doormen were very friendly and helpful to us throughout our stay too! We stayed in a partial sea view room which was close to the main road out of Marmaris but the sound proofing on the patio doors was good so we didn’t hear it much at night. We did however hear drunk guests returning from the bars and clubs between 1 and 5am on the first 2 nights which woke us up. It seems like the corridors / internal walls aren’t soundproofed so well. The rest of the time there were no issues so I guess those guests had left. We were told that the hotel was at half capacity whilst we were there which meant we didn’t have issues getting sunbeds by the pool. There were always some available at the private beach too which was very close by. Great food and lots of variety. Drinks were all branded. A family member of mine is vegetarian and some meals were more limited with options for them but they still didn’t go hungry. The desserts at dinner and in the patisserie are delicious - better than any All Inclusives I’ve been to before. We caught a dolmuş from directly outside the hotel and in to Marmaris & back on one day. It was really convenient and only cost 58p per person each way! It was good to see some of the centre of Marmaris and do some shopping. I would recommend. This was a last minute booking with Jet2 as our TUI holiday to Menorca was going to be disturbed by roadworks - we’re very glad it happened now as we had such a great time in Marmaris. Absolutely fantastic hotel, with fantastic staff. Spent the best 10 day all inclusive plus holiday ever. We had a double sided sea view room that was very clean on arrival and very spacious. A couple of things that do need looking at are the control of pool sunbeds which can be mostly gone by 7am, and saved unused for large parts of the day and the total lack of security staff anywhere around the premises. Food and drink was plentiful and of a great standard. At lunch you could choose to eat from the main dining area or have "fast food" served at your table which was our choice most days, we were so well looked after by all staff, exceptional service provided by Enes, Emin, Salemhattin, and Selinay all of whom made sure we had everything we needed, done with a smile and enjoyment. Salemhattin and Emin always seemed to be there when my disabled wife needed any assistance and made sure she had everything she needed, drinks etc. when I wasn't around. We had a few days down on the beach and was surprised to find there was a member of staff, sorry don't remember his name, who spent all day going backwards and forwards to keep everyone supplied with drinks. The beach attendant also works hard setting up sunbeds etc. I was most impressed by the bar service, Ramazan is the best barman I have ever had the pleasure to meet. He made me and my wife feel very special and staff like Ramazan makes your holiday complete. Nothing is too much trouble, his skills in mixing and presentation is second to none. No one waits long to be served with a great attitude and friendly smile A credit to himself and a valuable asset to the hotel.

Once again another great week at Casa de Maris! So lovely to be recognised and greeted by the staff. Everyone makes you so welcome and nothing is too much trouble. Special thanks to Enes and Emin, our poolside and dining hall waiters who once again were amazing. Fantastic A la Carte and special mention to Bessie. Lilly, at the bar and Selena, also deserve a mention. Food is superb, great variety and excellent quality. Rooms are lovely and clean and the beds super comfy. We love the relaxed atmosphere and noticed so many people are returning customers like us. If there is one negative it is the over enthusiasm of the entertainment staff. It was obvious that most people are there to relax. However they were determined to encourage a small minority to become really noisy and unruly. From comments made to us by other guests they found this behaviour equally unacceptable. It is sad that a great experience can be upset by behaviour that should be discouraged.
