For a 4 star hotel very poor, food was cold had to heat it up in the microwave, no wifi, no entertainment. Had no hot water for three days, toilet leaked everytime you flushed it. Wild Boar roaming around hotel at night. Very disappointing as first time in Turkey.

We booked through love holiday The first thing I would like to say is that love holiday have been listing things on your website about the palmea hotel that isn’t actually at the hotel at all we spoke to the staff and they even said they don’t do From your website some stuff you said we will get but actually didn’t concierge Laundry room First aid box only have 1 box through the hotel and doesn’t have the full first aid equipment, cotton pads and hand sanitizer, nothing else. Garden WiFi but only in the reception No babysitting service The playground isn’t inside the hotel you have to go over the street No gym No cafe just a coffee machine no cake as couldn’t go into main restaurant as wasn’t open No tea and coffee in room No mini bar No light snacks Can’t get soft drinks till 10:30 at the bar and can’t get drinks at restaurant bar until dinner time, unless you go shop to pay Secondly I Booked seating before the holiday same seats there and back 23E and 23F and didn’t sit in the seats that I paid for, as soon as I booked and payment went through seats changed 11c and 11d and 28a and 28b. I don’t understand why give us an option to chose our seats and then not to give us them seats. Thirdly when we arrived at 5/6pm on Thursday night all we wanted to do was have a shower and get ready we couldn’t as no hot water whatsoever had to wait till the following night to be able to have a shower. Fourthly Air con leaking went to reception to tell someone, they got someone to come and look at it after 5 minutes still leaking now I spoken to someone about this that I know and they said air con will not be leaking water but leaking something else every dangerous as got electrical where it was leaking (plugs) Fifth thing Cleaners taking pictures of our room to show staff why they couldn’t clean the room, now I don’t appreciate people taking pictures of our person things even if the room was messy or not but bearing in mind this was the Friday the day after we came and the room was tidy and we unpacked our bag I had a makeup bag on the side and phone chargers staff came in and had a go at us in a very rude way over a makeup bag and a phone charger. No signs saying can’t leave anything out didn’t get told to keep stuff away (not like the cleaners did anything room was still dirty when we arrived on the Thursday and we had to ask for toilet roll all the time) After we complained about the bedding being dirty they said someone would change it and hasn’t been changed same bedding all week after numerous complaints just got sick of asking by the end of the holiday. We had the same black stain on the bedding all week and floor dirty when we arrived and a pare of socks left on balcony, we slipped in the shower good job we didn’t hurt ourselves, the shower doesn’t have a door to stop the water from getting out and had nothing to be able to get ride of the water at all. Water from the shower was building up near the toilet now if the cleaners was doing

Stayed here for a week during April / May enjoyed our time there, found air con only worked with door shut which was okay on the night however; can get very loud been directly above your head so if using on night would recommend earplugs or sleeping with door slightly open. Location is great close to local bars, restaurant , shops, excursions beach and transport services all within walking distance Hosting team have been amazing throughout our stay make you feel very welcome big shout out to Jimmy / Sieda/ Beni/ Dohan nothing was ever too much for them. Plenty of sun loungers and parasols on both pool areas, no need to wake up at silly AM to claim a sun lounger more than enough to go around. Water slide there only on during certain times of day but nice to have option there if want it. Food was okay found something to eat on a daily basis, however; some times the food did seem cold/ Lukewarm at times. Would recommend keeping valuables on you at all times as we had money go missing whilst my husband was asleep in room and do not disturb sign was on door I was relaxing by the pool and thought his wallet would be safe been left on the side we came to later realise this was not the case.

absolutely awful staff are rude not helpful. the cleanliness of hotel is awful they barely clean your room never mopped once for the week we were there got food poisoning from there the first night. all inclusive not true they cut off facilities before allocated cut off time so you don't get things as basic as water. definitely avoid at all costs.

Avoid this hotel! Absolutely disgusting hotel. I woke up after my first night to bed bugs crawling on my bed and pillow. The bathrooms smelled damp. Rooms not cleaned at all unless asked and even then, they're not done properly. Food disgusting.

I feel a bit sorry for this hotel because it really has potential but could use some serious TLC. The staff were charming and buzzing around like they were in a race—except for the boss lady, who looked like she’d just lost a game of Monopoly. Pros: I loved that the hotel gives back to the local community. I'd much rather support locals than a faceless corporate giant. Cons: Now, let’s talk about the need for a makeover. Our room didn’t just feel unclean; it felt like there was a crime scene, there was a massive red stain on the curtain—seriously, how hard is it to replace those? The bedsheets looked freshly laundered but still had stains that could tell their own horror stories. And the bed bases? I didn’t want to look too closely at the mattress; I half expected to find an archaeological dig underneath. The TVs were so non-smart, I wondered if they were still running on dial-up. The bathroom door had a brown stain that I’m pretty sure wasn’t in the original design, and the taps had turned a lovely shade of “who knows what.” The bin looked like it had survived a tornado. While the budget prices might attract a rowdy crowd, I encountered quite a few loud Brits who seemed to think they were at a pub rather than a hotel. But I did enjoy the location—though I suspect our room was in the staff quarters. Those chairs in the reception? Someone get a carpet cleaner in there quick First impressions matter! I’m far from posh. But, I’m too good for that hotel. Never again.
