클럽 호텔 피네타 - 올 인클루시브(Club Hotel Pineta - All Inclusive)

Sooo, after reading reviews of this hotel I was a tad apprehensive when my wife told me she had booked Pineta Club for our sixth trip to Marmaris (we've been other places such as Morocco, Egypt,, Thailand etc so "been around" as it were) putting it mildly! Being well travelled, I'd say this hotel is great value for money with food, rooms and staff being pretty good. Sometimes I wonder what Brits abroad expect from their holidays to countries with very different cultures to the UK as the food here is great. For instance, one afternoon the restaurant put out Thai green curry as an option and it was very good. One English women moaned and complained to the hotel manager about the distinct lack of chips from the buffet for lunch. The same evening chips were an option on the buffet, so the staff are very responsive even to silly requests from people letting the team down ("Team UK" that is). The only thing I'd say was a wee bit disappointing was the animation team, who were nice kids but didn't do much in the evenings apart from wanting to take people to Bar Street. For people looking for a clean hotel close to the centre of Marmaris this one is definitely a worth a go. One of the staff members was born in Hemel Hempstead and the others have varying levels of English with their peers close by to help out if they get stuck. Finally if the fact that Turkish people enjoy holidays in the same hotel you stay at is viewed as a negative I'd suggest that you don't go away on holiday and just sit and watch Eastenders instead as that simply doesn't make sense. It's a great sign if I choose a restaurant in London and indigenous people are sitting in the same place enjoying the food as they'd know if it was any good surely?

6 of us here and we love pineta deluxe . Food is delicious . Staff are nice talkative and friendly. Our girl lily love entertainment staff they made our stay more memorable . Smirnoff at bar and barmen always nice . We will go back next year

Good , very comfortable room AMAZING STAFF very helpful best holiday I have ever been on , defo book to stay . Bar town is also amazing too definitely try out the quads also it’s such a fun activity I would definitely recommend.

Very poor hotel if you’re British ! Management very rude and funny towards you if you’re British ! Room was basic ! Hotel was very clean ! Food in the hotel was absolutely disgusting ! This hotel has mainly turksish people on their holidays that go and weddings ! Please don’t go as we experienced it !

I arrived at the pineta club hotel last Tuesday 29th august upon our arrival at 8.30pm our room was not ready we where asked to go and eat first then returned back to reception it took another 20mins for us to be showed to our room which was absolutely filthy carpet was disgustingly stained and sticky we where showed a further 3 more rooms to which the electricity sockets where hanging off the ceilings and walls each room we where showed the balcony doors did not close or lock which made us feel unsafe the hotel manager was abrupt and angry when we addressed this he was no help at all by this time it was 11.30pm and we where exhausted so we decided to sleep there that night and deal with it the next morning and the manager showed my husband a 5th room which was worse than the previous rooms this hotel is filthy throughout every carpet is stained the lifts to the rooms have cracked mirrors and a horrible smell in them the food was absolutely disgusting so much so my husband ended up ill after eating from it I would never rate this a 3* hotel it’s like a hostel myself and my husband ended up homeless in Turkey on our honeymoon because the holiday company & the hotel would not help us this ruined our stay in Turkey as we where all inclusive so we never took money to eat & drink do not stay at this hotel it’s vile And an absolute safety hazard holiday company’s should be staying clear of this hotel as it will cause bad reviews for them I have attached some pictures of the rooms they tried to put us in each one got worse like I stated the full hotel is a health & safety hazard and would never visit again

Well tomorrow is my last day here and I’ve never known such a run down hotel! Rooms are awful, dated, dirty carpets, the room entrance doors are hanging off the hinges, only one plug socket in the whole room, the air con had a water leak which resulted in the carpet being soaked! The handle of the balcony door fell off in my hand on the first day! But the shower is good and water always hot. There are no cleaners to clean the rooms, if you want fresh towels or toilet rolls you have to ask reception for them! My room hasn’t been cleaned once in a week! The main stairway from the rooms down to reception is carpeted which is coming away from the stairs which is a hazard and an accident waiting to happen if someone trips on it! Food is awful, broccoli for breakfast! Some days it was inedible so I went without and went to the supermarket. The guy behind the so called “bar” in the restaurant looks like he hasn’t washed in months and serves drinks in dirty glasses. Dinner is supposedly 6.30 to 9.30, I went down at 8.30 this eve and nothing left and they’re clearing away! Bar staff are always on their phones making video calls when they’re supposed to be serving as are reception staff, when I queried this they just laughed. The drinks selection is abysmal during the day. Luckily there is a supermarket onsite where you can purchase drinks. The only plus to this hotel is the pool area and outside space. There are plenty of sunbeds although they’re quite uncomfortable as they are basic plastic ones. To be honest I wouldn’t come here again. The whole place needs to be bought by someone who can get it up to the level they a hotel should be. My advice would to be don’t go here!

This is by far the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I’ve read a lot of these reviews and I have to agree with the majority. Whilst I fully appreciate this is a budget hotel, the least you would expect is a clean room. Stained carpet, mouldy shower curtain, filthy mattress.. the list is endless. Not ONCE did the bedding get changed or did we receive fresh towels or toilet paper. A trolley of plates with mouldy food was sat outside of our room for the whole week. After getting to know some other guests, this seemed to be the same across the board. As for the food.. I wouldn’t even feed it to a dog! The chicken was pink and the other dishes looked like someone had thrown up. Hamburgers for lunch EVERY DAY. Gets a bit repetitive. The pool area was slightly more enjoyable aside from over half of the sun loungers being broken and the umbrellas falling to pieces. No entertainment whatsoever so my son was quite bored on the nights we decided to stay at the hotel. I would urge the management to invest some serious money in order to modernise. It’s old, unclean and in need of some tlc.

I’m going to shock most of you but my experience here was not bad at all, family of 6, two standard bedrooms. I knew what to expect before I arrived so maybe it’s why my review is a positive one. We paid £2450 all inclusive for 6 of us, most places wanted around £4000 so if your after luxury put your hand in your pocket. The rooms yes are dated and have carpets, bathrooms r in need of repair, but the shower was powerful, beds comfy and room clean. Cleaners knocked on every day for our towels, if bedding needed changing I asked at reception and they changed them, leave your towels on the floor to be swapped. The pools were brilliant and all inclusive drinks perfect. Food was edible and we didn’t go hungry they don’t cater much for children thought that’s my only negative. If you want a base to see marmaris and aren’t fussy at what your room looks like then for a cheap price stay here. I can’t believe people complained but paid pennies. What did you expect ? It’s no green nature resort but it’s defo not the worse place to stay. We was lucky with our rooms no plugs hanging off wall or cat poo, if your room is bad speak up as reception are really helpful the staff are great, we had no issues at all and I’m glad I didn’t listen to all the reviews.

Flip don't really know where to start. It's a complete sh1t pit. Food awful and repetitive. Rooms filthy. Been here 6 days. Not a cleaner in sight. Bed never changed. No clean towels. No toilet paper. The list is endless. Bar the entertainment guys No one is friendly. Please for the sake of humanity don't book this hotel/shack. Like something from the 1950s and that being kind
