Pasa Garden Beach

Was my 2nd visit here, 1st being in May with friends, we stayed 2 weeks in September to celebrate my daughters 18th, hotel in a great location on the beach, food was good, I'm fussy but always found something to eat. Staff friendly. Rooms cleaned daily,already booked for next June.

Just returned from a fantastic holiday here, we had an amazing room with 3 balconies and plenty of bedroom space, mini fridge with water in it, tea and coffee, slippers, and a lovely bathroom basket we really felt spoilt. The staff were all lovely and very helpful. The place is spotless and a special mention has to go the gentleman who cleans around the pool area. People always moan about the food but i found that there was plenty of choice even for the most picky eater (AND IM MARRIED TO ONE) so there was no reason to go to McDonalds at all. All in all i had a very relaxing holiday and am looking forward to going back again next year

All of the staff are brilliant, the cleaners work really hard and were always on hand to give us extra toilet rolls and towels if we needed them. The staff in the restaurant and bar couldn’t do enough for people, everyone loved them, they were really friendly and have a great sense of humour. The beach is directly opposite and is for hotel guests only. The food is what you would expect for an all inclusive at this price, you get what you pay for! Reception were always helpful, they called our airport transfers for us, got the Wi-Fi working when we were having problems and were always happy and smiling. It’s not the most relaxing place due to the Batman bar next door, the music starts at 9 and finishes around midnight, we had a pool/sea view balcony but it might be quieter at the back. It’s on the main ***** and you can’t go for a walk without constantly being hassled by people trying to get you into their bar, restaurant or sell you an excursion but they are at least polite when you say no. On the whole the Turkish people are great and we always felt safe walking the streets.

Returned from an 11 night stay at the Pasa Garden Beach Marmaris. I have listed positives and negatives below. They are purley our own thoughts. Positives. 1. Great location. Right on the beach, within walking distance of everything 2. fantastic staff, all of them. 3. We were given the wrong room on arrival which was without a full sea view, something that happened to a lot of others, make sure you have your confirmation with you for the room you have paid for, regardless we were given a great room the following day (room 131) 4. The drinks from the bar were excellent although not branded spirits they were good, Effes on draught was good as well. 5. There was a lift in our block, the other two blocks only have stairs. 6. The pool and bar areas were kept spotlessly clean 24/7 Negatives. 1. We were not blown away by the food, breakfast was good and lunch was ok, dinner was what you would expect from the lower end of all inclusive hotels, we ate out most nights. Others seem to be ok with what was on offer. 2. The rooms were never cleaned only the beds were made up each day, not an issue for us. 3. There is an adjoining bar called JUST which we believe is part of the hotel, during the day both the bar at Pasa play music and the bar at JUST do the same so you couldn't distinguish what was playing at times, very annoying. 4. Depending on which room you get there could be loud music played until midnight which didn't bother us where we were but those whos rooms were facing the water park had noise issues. 5. There was no designated room or area for a change of clothing or a shower on the day of departure, check out is 11am. Or £10 per hour to keep your room on. Would we stay there again...yes...but we have seen the prices for next year at the same time and dont think its worth the extra £400 increase.

I have stayed at this hotel twice before and left a review perfect that why we booked again. I can't believe the difference 6 months makes. Eddy entertainer gone. Experience started at reception not a warm welcome received. Room was dirty smelt of cigarette floor sticky dirty mirror could write in it. Shower unclean. Moved room was better but not perfect still dirty air conditioning unit dirty. Walkways full of items see pic. Staff arguing in front of guests standard within hotel was not good dirty lift floors dirty inside and out staff clothing dirty. Was left with no bedding 1 night had ti ask 3 times for blankets. Food was ok not as good as may breakfast the cook was nasty wouldn't fry a egg see picture for fried egg attempt. Complained to staff was not taken any further most of guest say they would not return due to standard of cleaning food rudeness of staff. How does a hotel in great position go so bad seem to not have enough staff cleaners cleaning room at 19.00 hours not good. This was a great hotel great position but has turned out like some of the lower end hotels. Hope they can get it back and will return to see if it has.

Excellent location - the best service we've had in many years, every member of staff went above & beyond to make you feel welcome, so so friendly especially Hasan & he's brother behind the bar!! Would highly recommend & will definitely return, only complaint was the food wasn't great every day, but great hotel 👍

Just got back from this hotel. The bar and hotel staff are amazing. Great views of the beach a really lovely holiday. Big shout out to emrah (maybe spelt wrong) the jet2 rep. He was very helpful allways happy to help and visit the hotel regularly to check in amazing work x

Day one immediately it felt like hell on earth dropped off down some dark back ally and left to walk up a dirt rd, upon arriving at the pit hole we was meet by a very rude and angry man, we was told there was only one room left till following morning which ( yes u guessed ) was on the top floor being the forth floor no lift well as you can imagine what a task that was for a disabled person but was only room and by this time it’s 5 in morning We was shown to a very dated room with double bed and we requested singles, we was told there was no pillows and basically get on with it and what do we want him rude man on desk to do about it We was told we can leave now if we wanted I would not recommend this pit to anyone is old fashion it’s worn out it’s counter staff is rude and lazy it’s dirty and there company work shirts are grey when should be white the whole place is a shame. Keep well clear of it.

The cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed in Rooms are beautiful, comfy beds and pillows, the view from the balcony is to die for The staff that work in the hotel are amazing, so friendly and polite always play games with you, the beach is right outside the hotel bar next door and supermarket round the corner! I can’t wait to return next year for longer!
