It is extremely peaceful in the mountains and it is easy to hear the nature outdoors.There are absolutely so many incredible things to do in this area so please check out our guidebook for ideas!We are experienced hosts and make sure to include all the necessary items for cooking, cleaning, and living. If something is missing or not to your standards please reach out and we will be sure to make things right. Internet here is with Starlink and gives us great speeds up to 60mbps. As an engineer that needs a good workspace, I made sure I was able to be comfortable and work efficiently while here.Noise is taken very seriously and there are external cameras on the property.Traveling during the winter has risks due to potential snow storms. Always check the weather before traveling. The county plows this road, however, during a major storm it could take significant time for the road to be plowed but this is rare. There are also shovels provided for the driveway. During the winter months make sure to have chains available.During the summer there is extreme fire danger. There is absolutely NO tolerance for smoking and outdoor fires during the summer months. The county will HEAVILY fine you for creating any campfires plus it will be documented via cameras and/or neighbors.Guests have full access to the home - our home is comfortable and we hope you enjoy your stay!There is plenty of parking in the driveway area and an additional gravel area in front of the house.
