We stayed in the hotel for 8 nights and loved everything about it. It is pure luxury and Moroccan hospitality at its best. Staff goes well beyond and above to make guests feel comfortable and truly cared for. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, food very delicious and great variety, beach super clean and beautiful, spa and sport facilities great, excellent kids club to give parents time to relax too. It is definitely one of the best holiday destinations for a very relaxing break.

I think, no, I know, that I have just stayed in the one of the best hotels in the world that I have had the pleasure of experiencing. The quality of service, the friendliness, the complete ambience of luxury and care gives the Mansour Royal the edge over every other hotel. A fabulous, unparalleled stay that I will never forget, indeed, which to return to time and again. From Senior Management to Housekeeping, the service is exemplary. The cleanliness and standard of attention to detail unparalleled. The food in The Table outstanding and the Cocinella equalled it. Breakfast was a joy and a triumph in choice and again quality. Nothing is to much trouble, the staff are superb at fulfilling every need. I so did not want to leave, but when I did, it felt as though I was leaving a very special family. A family dedicated to guest happiness. Every single person deserves a mention and carries my respect and admiration for all their hard work. I have to mention Said, our driver, who gave his heart and soul to making our stay so very special. Please do seriously consider this place as the ultimate destination. It really is superb

A wonderful palace in a little known part of the country. The service and facilities are top of the line. The staff in particular is remarkable in being present but never intrusive. The facilites are world class (beach, outdoor and interior swimming pools, spa, gym and rooms). The restaurants are still going through some initial teething pains. The breakfast is a remarkable experience. We also enjoyed very much the bar and the Italian restaurant. The Spanish restaurant was disappointing in terms of the food (quite bland experience, even if the staff was very friendly). One small gripe, what is missing is a version of La Grande Table maroccain (even if Moroccon options are available for room service). We will certainly return.

We came to Royal Mansour Tamuda Bay in a couple week end and discovering for the first time this outstanding Hotel. Seemless check in process, facility visit, room gifts and personalisations, employees welcoming by your name, …., a beautiful and calm location with excellent services and equipments vs best international standards. Will certainly come back

If I only had one word to describe this beautiful hotel it would be Sublime but luckily I have many more words but am hard pressed to find enough superlatives to adequately describe our wonderful experience. This recently opened hotel is the epitome of laid back luxury and takes elegance to an entirely new level. There is an air of calm, the aesthetic is perfect and perfectly in harmony with the surroundings. Built almost on the beach, it is about as luxurious as it gets 10 meters from the Mediterranean. The colour palette is ‘Hermes sur Mer ’ and everything is perfect. No garish colours , just muted delicate shades of sand, shells and sea , the sound of the wind and waves and grown up music in some of the public spaces. Our room, around 80sqm, was the starter level but was absolutely lovely, so comfortable, spacious and luxurious with every amenity you could think of and more, fabulous huge terrace with sun loungers, really spacious dressing room with plenty of storage space, big bathroom and - the Dyson hairdryer is an especially appreciated touch and there are so many lovely considered touches that it is almost impossible to name them all. A huge super comfortable bed with beautiful bed linen, thick fluffy towels, lush robes and Moroccan slippers - housekeeping are on the ball and without exception, everyone goes out of their way to make everything as wonderful as possible. Thank you to Sanna for taking such great care of us. All the staff are amazing and service is exceptional and in the very rare moment where something does go a little awry, it is very quickly corrected and let’s remember that this is a brand new hotel and there are bound to be the occasional minor teething issue. Not to mention that a hotel is the sum total of many moving parts some of which don’t always go in the right direction. The spa is simply beautiful and the gym equipped with the most up to date machines with one of the most beautiful views you could wish for while working off the delicious treats, a fabulous water sports centre but sadly for us just not enough time to do it all and have time to chill on the beach. You definitely need to do this. The most comfortable sun loungers line the beach and beautiful pool at a respectable distance from each other, a team of beach attendants are on hand with water, drinks and even holding a towel as you come out the water and everyday at some point in the afternoon, a yummy nibble appears . This really is service with a capital S! The breakfast is sensational, none of the buffet shuffles; the morning feast is laid out before you and you can choose whatever deliciousness you want which is then served to you - nothing is too much trouble and they will make whatever you want and do your eggs however you like. I’m not sure I’ve ever had better french toast, the coffee was great (rocket fuel) and the vast array of pastries were deadly for the waistline. Une expérience incroyable de l’arrivée au départ. Tout le monde était aux petits soins et nous avons surtout apprécié la bienveillance des équipes et du management dans son ensemble. La suite était formidable avec une vue époustouflante. Les volumes de la suite sont très impressionnants et contribuent largement à passer un moment hors du temps. Nous sommes arrivés un peu tard et notre départ le lendemain ne nous a pas permis de tester tous les service de l’hôtel cependant notre expérience au bar et au restaurant coccinella était exceptionnelle. Une adresse incontournable pour découvrir la côte méditerranéenne du Maroc.
