Super lecker Frühstück

We stayed in the hotel during our family trip. The hotel offers animation program for children - staff was friendly. The wellness facility is rather small and sauna shall be renovated. Food service is of average quality (variety and quality of food). For the stay with children we can recommend .

My wife and I stayed here for two nights in late September, ‘22. It was convenient and comfortable. The Palace is one of the Orea group of hotels, of which there about five in Marianske. It is in a very good location, at the upper end of Promenade Park, about in line with the Singing Fountain and the landmark spa pavilion. The Central Parking structure is just around the corner, and there are many shops and restaurants nearby. I think the Palace and the Zvon were at one time two separate hotels and now have a connecting lobby. Meals are served in the Zvon dining room, and that is also where we checked in. An extensive array of spa facilities is available in the basement level of the Palace. Our room (408) was attractive and comfortable. Our view was of the mountainside rather than the park, but was still quite pleasant. It was a good-sized room but there wasn’t much room for luggage other than one rack. The decor was cute turn-of-the-century style. There was a comfortable king bed, a dresser & desk, a cabinet with a small refrigerator, a round table with two arm chairs at the foot of the bed – nicely appointed but a little crowded. There were two night stands but no outlets, and a good-sized closet in the entry hallway with a safe. The attractive marble tiled bathroom had a tub/shower combination, and a heated towel rack, a nice feature. There was very little counter space, however. Our room rate came with half-board. The meals were served buffet-style in the large restaurant of the Zvon. Open seating meant it became somewhat crowded at times, with overflow seating in the adjacent Palace lounge area. The breakfast selection was quite good. Dinner was rather standard fare and didn’t seem to vary the two nights we ate there. There are several highly rated restaurants nearby. Overall, the Orea Palace Zvon is a comfortable and well located spa hotel and would be a good choice for Marianske Lazne.

Very nice and comfortable hotel where we have been many times. We were never disaponted. We appreciate very tasty and rich breakfast consisting of many kind of fruits and vegetable, fresh smoothies and excellent coffee. On the dinner you can choose from four kind of meat toghether with vegetable salads filled with nice sweets.

We visited hotel with 2 little kids and it was amazing experience. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had very specious family room with a cot for our infant. The hotel is situated in the town centre close to all attractions. I would definitely recommend. Thank you!

Das Zimmer war sehr königlich schön mit kleinem, schmiedeeisernen Balkon. Dusche und extra WC. Alles geräumig und warm im Winter. Nach hinten sehr ruhig. Die Matratzen sauber und bequem. Ein Teekocher und ein leerer, kleiner Kühlschrank. Hier haben wir die Brotzeit vom Frühstücksbüffet untergebracht. Das ist ausdrücklich erlaubt! Das Frühstücksbüffet ist sehr reichhaltig und lecker. Das Hotelpersonal sehr, sehr freundlich. Einzig und allein die Dame im sogenannten Wellness Bereich bräuchte eine Schulung. Der Pool ist im Keller und schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Die Sauna höchstens für 4 Personen ( unmöglich in einem Hotel dieser Größe). Das Dampfbad stinkt nach Schimmel und alter Socken. Der Wellnessbereich liegt in den dunklen Tiefen des Kellers mit vielen Gängen und fleckigen Teppichboden.
